She poured some into a cup as a drink and had Gordon bring it over with cream of mushroom soup and the appetizer platter.
Then she cut some cucumbers and made a cucumber salad, mixed some seaweed, and prepared a vegetable salad, adding orange slices and chopped nuts.
When the cold dish was finished, the water in the pot boiled. Mingyue threw the double-claw beast into the boiling water, cooked it, peeled off the shell and meat, added butter and garlic to the pot to stir-fry, then added chopped parsley and the double-claw beast meat and mixed evenly.
Gordon had returned from the meal and was now furiously stirring a mixture of eggs and oil in a bowl, making mayonnaise.
