With her mind wandering, Mercury stared blankly at the opposite wall.
"Meow!" Seeing him like this, the little prince cried out and raised his front paw to rub against Mercury. "What are you thinking about? You seem so engrossed in your thoughts."
A flash of silver light appeared before their eyes, Mercury blinked, and the Queen's image vanished.
"Tch!" Pulling her thoughts back, Mercury reached out, grabbed the little prince's ear, and grinned mischievously, "Your news today is actually not bad, otherwise, based on your performance just now..."
"Pfft!" Before Uncle Mercury could finish speaking, the little prince suddenly raised his head and opened his mouth, spraying a large mouthful of water towards Mercury...
A wave of water splashed all over Mercury's face, and Mercury was momentarily stunned, looking at the Little Prince with his small eyes.
"Hehe, hehe!" Seeing Mercury's face dripping with water and his disheveled appearance, the little prince chuckled and let out a laugh just like a human's.
It laughed so hard it shook its head, stood up, raised its front paws high, and even began to wriggle its supple body with pride.
"I'll kill you!" The dignified aquatic prince, mocked by a clever cat, was enraged and pounced on the little prince. The little prince nimbly dodged to the side, then jumped onto Mercury's shoulder and slapped him twice on the face with his paw.
"Fine, you dare hit me!" Someone, unwilling to back down, reached out to grab him, but the Little Prince leaped down, and Mercury chased after him again, and the two of them started bickering.
At this moment, the sky outside the window darkened, and a wisp of black mist slowly approached the bathroom window...
"What are you doing?" Wan'er, who had just finished showering and was throwing her clothes into the washing machine, heard the "crackling" sound outside and peeked out from the living room doorway.
The living room was in complete disarray, with things scattered all over the floor.
Seeing the scene before her, Wan'er immediately became angry. She frowned and glared, pointing at the person and the cat. "You did this once, and you did it again. I think you're deliberately trying to drive me crazy. It seems I can't tolerate you anymore. From now on, you'd better both get out and never come back."
As Wan'er spoke, she blinked her eyes in surprise.
"Ah! Are you kicking us out?" Mercury seemed not to believe Wan'er's words and asked deliberately.
"Meow!" The little prince also cried out in grievance. His hind legs were on the corner of the coffee table. Suddenly, he jumped onto Wan'er's arm, just as he was about to act cute.
Unexpectedly, Wan'er reached out with her other hand, grabbed him by the back, and threw him onto the sofa. "I know what you mean. You mean that before he came, you and I got along quite well. But couldn't you have been a little more accommodating to him? He's a madman!"
Wan'er emphasized the word "madman!" as she walked to the living room door, opened it, and threw the little prince out without hesitation.
Then she turned around, grabbed Mercury's arm, and swiftly pushed him away.
With a loud "bang!", the living room door was slammed shut.
The Little Prince and Mercury were locked out.
This woman has gone mad! She's nothing like the gentle, lovely, quiet, and virtuous woman she usually is.
The person and the cat stared at each other, seemingly stunned, then appeared to understand something. They held their breath and stood quietly outside the door...
"I'm so angry..." The little prince outside the door heard Wan'er muttering to herself, seemingly bending down to clean the house.
"Crackling and popping!" This doesn't sound like cleaning! The little prince couldn't resist any longer. He tiptoed closer to the doorframe. The living room door was ajar. The little prince quietly extended his front paw and silently pushed it open a crack...
