"So, we can go in and take a look?" Standing in the middle of the living room, Mercury was excited after hearing Wan'er recount what she had seen and heard.
"Let's take action tonight," Wan'er nodded.
"Yes, they've been relentlessly planning, so we really can't let our guard down." Uncle nodded.
“You were busy all night last night, so why don’t you get some sleep and we’ll take care of the little prince?” This time, Mercury offered to take care of the little prince.
“Then I’ll cook,” Uncle said.
"Third Uncle, you rest first. I'll take care of all these things." Mercury patted his chest with a "thump, thump!" and looked very proud. "I'm very strong."
"Let me check on him again," Wan'er said, stepping back into the bedroom to retrieve her stethoscope. She bent down beside the bed, carefully listening to the little prince's heartbeat, and examined him thoroughly once more...
Little Prince, please wake up soon. Wan'er sat silently by the bed, blinked her eyes, and two crystal-clear tears fell from her cheeks.
The half-open door was pushed open, and the Third Uncle appeared by the door, seeing Wan'er sitting on the edge of the bed, silently shedding tears.
"How is he? Is he alright?" Uncle asked as he came to the side.
“The vital signs are all normal,” Wan’er nodded, then shook her head, a cloud of worry passing through her eyes, “but he hasn’t woken up yet.”
"Don't worry. As long as he's healthy, he'll recover after a good rest." Uncle San nodded, turned, and walked to the side. "You should rest too! I'm going to rest as well. Only when we're well-rested will we have the energy to deal with them. Wan'er, we're in the open now, and they're in the shadows. We need to be even more careful. After all, who hurt you, and who hurt the little prince? This matter isn't so simple. So, we still have a lot to do in the future..."
"I know what you mean." Wan'er sniffed and wiped away her tears. "Don't worry, I'll pull myself together. You should go and rest."
"Alright!" The uncle shook his pipe, sniffed, raised his eyes, put his hands behind his back, and walked out of Wan'er's room...
Night fell as expected. After Wan'er, her uncle, and Mercury finished their dinner,
Wan'er stood up. "Uncle, Grand Uncle, you stay here to take care of the little prince. I'm going to find Sister Su Li."
“You child, you can’t go alone,” Uncle was the first to stand up, raising his pipe. “Let me go with you. No matter what, I still have this treasure. You haven’t seen its power yet.”
“I’ll go too,” Mercury said, getting up to stand up as well.
“That won’t do. Only Uncle can go. I can’t leave the little prince alone,” Wan’er shook her head vigorously. She remembered what happened with the little prince last time. “Besides, if he wakes up, we still need to feed him something.”
“The food is all on the table. He’ll see it when he wakes up. Besides, he might not wake up for a while,” Mercury continued.
"Uncle, stop arguing," Wan'er said, somewhat displeased, giving him an angry glare. "With your current skills, if you go, I'm afraid I'll have to take care of you."
"You look down on people, humph!" She crossed her arms over her chest, glanced back at the little prince by the bed, then quickly realized the prince was very weak and needed care. Mercury slumped onto the edge of the bed, then lay back down, turning her head away from Wan'er. "Then you two take good care of yourselves..."
"Let's go," Uncle said, reaching out to help Wan'er as the two hurriedly left the room...
