The Thousand Buddhas lying on the bed had a ferocious face and had become a monster that was neither human nor object.
On the left side of his neck, there was a worm-like wound, with congealed black blood at the wound site, emitting a bloody smell. Under the skin next to the wound, several intertwined and writhing blue veins were also visible, looking particularly horrifying...
As pieces of clothing fell onto his bed and body, the bedroom became so quiet that only the ticking of the alarm clock on the wall could be heard.
A moment later, "whoosh!" A thick breath of stale air was exhaled from his mouth and dispersed into the air, while his bulging chest slowly collapsed with a "plop!"
The plump earthworm slowly disappeared, the wound shrank, and finally only a small hole less than the size of a soybean remained. Soon, a black dot began to wriggle out of the hole, and in just a moment, half of a fleshy worm was moved out of the wound...
The insect turned its little head, revealing two tiny eyes, each the size of a sesame seed, perched atop its head. It turned its body and peered outwards and around.
Having probably spotted Sumi lying on the bed not far away, it seemed somewhat excited and began shaking its head violently. From its flesh, an even longer, thinner body emerged and shot towards Sumi with incredible speed...
"Go back!" A hoarse, sharp shout rang out, and a large hand reached out, slapping at the insect's head. With a flash of green light, it slapped the insect back onto its neck...
Before anyone knew it, Qianfo had sat up straight on the bed. He blinked, clenched his fists, twisted his head, and touched his neck. The hole in his neck had disappeared, and it had returned to its previous state, leaving only a dark, raised, unhealed wound at the site of the previous injury.
Looking at the pieces of clothing on the bed, then down at himself, his body now back to normal, muscles exposed, Qianfo pursed his lips and clenched his fists. He rotated his shoulders a few times behind him before getting off the bed, stretching his arms, and standing by the bedside looking at Su Mei. Qianfo's cheeks gradually flushed, his chest heaved, and his breath puffed out—if only I could break this virginity, I would tear you apart today, even if it doesn't taste very good…
That last bit of work has really taken a toll on my energy. Looks like I'll have to be more patient in the future.
"Mmm..." Su Mei murmured, blinked her eyelashes, and began to turn her neck...
"Whoosh!" The figure moved swiftly by the bed and quickly entered the adjacent washroom...
"I...I...I fell asleep so quickly? Brother Qianfo," Su Mei said, holding her head in her hands. She slowly sat up, looking around in a daze, seemingly unable to recall anything that had just happened.
Just then, footsteps sounded at the bedroom door. Qianfo was holding a transparent cup with a white liquid gently swirling inside.
"My little darling, you've worked hard. Here, have a glass of milk before you go to work." Her lips were crescent-shaped, her eyes curved into thin lines. She stepped into the room, her expression composed, still wearing her turtleneck sweater.
"What time is it?" Su Mei stepped off the edge of the bed, reached for the cup, and gulped it down...
“It’s one o’clock in the afternoon,” Qianfo replied.
"Oh, then we need to hurry, I have an appointment with someone at 1:50." Su Mei handed the cup to Qian Fo, then quickly got up and was about to open the wardrobe to get her clothes.
A pair of hands wrapped around her from behind, gently embracing her belly, and resting their heads on her shoulders. "My little darling, you are so captivating. I can't bear to let you go. If you hadn't insisted on helping me finish this important task before marrying me, I would have married you right now and kept you at home so you would never have to work again!"
