Chapter 70 Er Gou can see the invisible spirit cat

"No rush, let's eat first, okay?" Wan'er reached out and pressed his arm, shook her head at him, and helped him put the lollipop back into his large pocket. Then she took his hand and led him to the table to sit down.

At this moment, Auntie had already brought a basin of hot water and placed it in front of Er Gou, saying, "Wash your hands, then we'll eat."

"Wash, Wan'er, wash." Er Gou turned to the side, looked up at Wan'er, and still grinned foolishly.

"Okay, I'll wash it for you." Wan'er reached out to test the water temperature, smiled, and took his hand, putting it in the water to start washing the dirt off his hands. As she washed, she said softly, "Your hands are so clean, and you can eat your food so well. You're the best, Er Gou Ge."

With gentle touches and sweet words, Er Gouzi kept looking at Wan'er, smiling sweetly.

"That rascal, he even clings to Wan'er when he's washing his hands," Auntie said with a laugh, slowly standing up by supporting herself on her knees.

"Look at your hands, they're clean now, isn't that great!" Wan'er dried Er Gouzi's chubby hands with a towel, then got up and splashed the dirty water away.

"Chicken leg, I want to eat!" Er Gou reached out and picked up a chicken leg that was close to him. He was about to put it to his mouth, but when he turned around and saw Wan'er, he closed his mouth and held the chicken leg out to Wan'er, "Little sister, eat."

"You eat it." Wan'er quickly reached out and pushed him away. Er Gou grinned and happily started eating the chicken leg...

"It smells so good!" As Er Gou took a bite of chicken, the little prince smelled the aroma and woke up from his drowsy dream. He twitched his ears and swallowed.

Ah, the smell of chicken! I'm hungry too. Wan'er hasn't forgotten me, has she? The little prince smacked his lips. He looked up and touched the opening of his backpack; thankfully, the zipper wasn't fully zipped up.

The little prince looked up, opened his mouth, bit the zipper clasp hanging down inside, and pulled it open to one side with a little force until there was enough space for his head to stick out.

The movement was originally so light and silent, but then, as if by magic, Er Gou twitched his ears, stopped eating, and his small eyes suddenly widened as he turned to look at the chair behind Wan'er. In the faint glow, a pair of blue eyes appeared in Er Gou's line of sight...

"Ling, Ling... Cat!" Silly Er Gou murmured a few words, his thick lips trembling. He turned around, threw away the chicken bone in his hand, leaned forward, grabbed Wan'er's bag from her back, placed it on his lap, and carefully held it to his chest. In that instant, Er Gou looked at the open backpack, his eyes shining, unlike his usual self.

He actually knew I was a lynx! The little prince was startled.

"Brother Gouzi!" Wan'er called out his name loudly, raising her hand cautiously forward. "Give me the bag, it contains my..."

"Wan'er, don't worry, I've become invisible." The little prince was also startled by Er Gouzi and quickly activated his spiritual power to hide himself.

But something's not right. This fool can still see me. His eyes gleam with an unusual light, pulsating with a kind of elusive wonder.

"You've finally come." Looking at the Little Prince, Er Gouzi spoke fluently, but his voice was so soft that it was as if he hadn't said anything at all. Yet, the Little Prince heard him.

Did he say that to me? But we've only just met...

The little prince was startled by Er Gouzi's strange behavior and was about to take a closer look when Er Gouzi suddenly chuckled.

"Here's your kitty." He reached out and picked up his backpack, handing the little prince to Wan'er. Wan'er breathed a sigh of relief, but when she turned to look at Er Gou, Er Gou suddenly shuddered.
