Ye Qingyu's Side Story 17

I know nothing about this village and can only rely on the two of them. Moreover, they don't seem to have any ill intentions towards me, so I haven't made any further moves.

After the trap was dug, I saw my mother lift half of the black cloth and pull out a doll-like man and a new quilt from the basket, placing them inside the trap.

Then, the two of them came back to my side and squatted there with me. The wind in the mountains was strong, and my dad and mom held me tightly between them.

After we had been squatting in the mountains for three hours, I suddenly heard a suppressed groan. The sound was the same as when Fu Yanchen was cooking at night. I blushed instantly.

In the dead of night in these mountains, that sound... it's probably some villager hugging his wife, looking for excitement.

I craned my neck, wanting to see.

Suddenly, my mom pressed my head down.

I quickly lowered my head. My mother had obviously heard it too, and not only her, but my father had too; his eyes shone brightly in the darkness.

He gestured to me not to move, then he took a knife and my mother took a rope and stood up. It was then that I realized the sound was coming from the trap.

Thinking about this, my heart suddenly skipped a beat. Could that doll have become sentient...?

But—something's not right!

The sound continued, and it sounded very high-pitched.

If the voice sounds like a woman's, then it's not a doll that has come to life.

However, it's not certain. As a former cultivation genius, my imagination ran wild at this moment. Maybe that puppet really did become a spirit and grabbed someone's wife or daughter to cook with?

I couldn't resist my curiosity and followed them.

What I saw made me blush instantly.

Holy crap!

Holy crap! ...

I'm screaming "Holy shit!" a hundred times in my head! As a man whose soul is that of a man, and who has truly lived for over a hundred years, at this moment all the blood in my body is flowing to a place where there is no penis at all.

In the pit my parents dug, a naked woman with delicate, fair skin, a captivating face, and a curvaceous figure was lying on top of the doll.

??ω??-

=???( ′Д`)?

ε=ε=(>Д<)ノノ!!

This scene shocked me to death. I covered my eyes and scrambled back home. As I left, I saw my parents giving me an angry look.

And that woman, with her disdainful yet meaningful gaze.

Holy crap! Holy crap! Holy crap!

Leaning against the tree roots, I was still feeling hot all over. With a shout, I glanced over and saw that the woman had been tied up and stuffed into a basket by my parents, who then carried her on my father's back.

My mind went completely blank. How could there be a woman here?!

She was a woman who wasn't wearing anything!

Besides, wasn't she ashamed when my parents looked at her like that?

When my mother looked at me, she shook her head, her face full of helplessness and disappointment: "You child, I told you long ago that curiosity killed the cat, why don't you listen?"

I didn't dare to speak, and my dad just snorted, "Hmph."

It was almost dawn when we got back to the village.

Instinctively, I felt that someone was watching us from the shadows. I lit a torch and shone it forward. Suddenly, someone poked their head out from the base of the wall, grabbed my hand with terrifying strength, and gave me a stiff smile.

"Did you catch them?"

"Gotcha! Gotcha!"

My mother rushed over and desperately pulled my hand back. The man excitedly said "good" several times, and then ran into the village in a strange manner.

My mom patted my head and sighed deeply: "Sigh."

My parents took the woman home and settled her in the room next door. I waited for my parents to come back here.

Standing by the window was the man who had come to my house the first time I returned, the one who had sniffed me all over. I don't know when he arrived, but he stood there by the window, showing me a set of somewhat sharp, slightly yellow teeth.

It inexplicably made me feel both disgusted and scared.

It was half dark and half light at that time, and I didn't dare to sleep alone, nor did I dare to pick up the axe and chop him down. I had a feeling that I couldn't kill him.

If I'm discovered, I might die.

"Village chief, the person is over here."

Suddenly, my mother's voice rang out. I saw the man's smile disappear, and he turned and left. I breathed a sigh of relief, lay down, and felt a chill on my back. I reached out and touched it.

That's when I realized that I was sweating profusely from fear.

well.

Life is so tiring for ordinary people.

Not long after, my mother finally came back. When she saw my pale face, she hugged me with heartache and took a towel, wet it, and wiped my back.

When I woke up the next day, I saw my dad sitting on the edge of the bed with a gloomy face.

This was the first time I'd ever seen him with such a gloomy face.

He called out in a muffled voice, "Dad."

My dad looked at me and said, "She said you should go and take care of her."

I looked puzzled: "Her?"

My dad nodded: "It's the thing we caught yesterday."

After saying that, he slapped me hard on the head. His eyes were red, and his voice was low, filled with anger, but even more so with worry and fear: "I told you to wait there and not move, why didn't you listen? Now look what's happened! Hey!"

As he spoke, he slammed his hand heavily on the kang (a heated brick bed). Knowing I was in the wrong, I didn't dare to speak and kept my head down.

My dad patted my head and solemnly instructed me: "Listen to me carefully this time. All you need to do every day is help her wash her body and feed her. Don't do anything else, and don't talk to her. Do you understand?"
