A pillow flew over from the opposite side and hit him in the face.
"Stop talking nonsense and come and take a look at this."
Eric took the pillow off his face, stood up and moved closer to her, "What are you looking at?"
An Ci handed him the tablet and said, "Grandpa has already asked someone to take care of the club's affairs. Do you have anything to do this afternoon? Let's go to the club together."
Eric's eyes widened, his tone filled with surprise, "So soon?"
Their grandfather was really awesome this time.
An Ci chuckled softly. Their grandfather helped them with the club's affairs this time just to make her attend the training camp obediently in a few days.
She asked what the content of the training was, but he refused to tell her, only saying that she would know when the time came.
Eric held the tablet and looked at the contents of the document. When he saw the latter part, he couldn't help but frown, and his facial features were almost twisted into a ball with anger.
"Ryan is so despicable. He actually took all the racers away." He said angrily, "Wouldn't that leave us with an empty shell?"
An Ci said indifferently, "Just take it away."
After he finished speaking, Eric turned his head to look at her. Seeing her nonchalant expression, he was stunned for a moment, "You're not angry?"
An Ci raised an eyebrow, "Why should I be angry?"
"He didn't even leave us a racer," Eric emphasized.
"I wouldn't mind if he kept me here." An Ci raised his lips, a hint of amusement in his smile as he spoke, "He took everyone away, which saved me a lot of trouble."
Wouldn't it be even more troublesome if one of his spies was among those who stayed?
Eric calmed down and reflected on what she meant. He asked, "So what are you going to do next? We can't just be alone, right?"
"Have you heard of the racing team Fire?" An Ci leaned back, his straight legs casually crossed.
Eric got involved in racing earlier than her and would often go to watch the races. He knew all the famous racing teams in the circle well.
Among them is the "Fire" team.
"Of course I've heard of it. Their team was a dark horse two years ago and almost won the championship. But I don't know what happened. Before the game, their team captain had a fight with a player from another team. As a result, both teams were disqualified from the competition and banned for two years." Eric's tone was a little regretful.
An Ci narrowed his eyes and said quietly, "What do you think about me signing with their team?"
Eric turned his head sharply to look at her, wondering if there was something wrong with his ears. "What did you say? Who are you going to sign?"
"Team Fire." An Ci said.
Eric reminded, "They were suspended for fighting."
For players like this who fight before the game, even if the suspension period is over, few well-known clubs will want them.
"So what? I can still participate in the competition next year."
After a pause, she changed the subject, "Then it's happily decided."
Eric was filled with black lines, "..."
Everything was happily decided, and he hadn't said anything yet.
"Are you serious?"
An Ci nodded, but Eric still felt that her decision was too hasty.
"Have you checked why they were fighting?"
If it is a character issue, then wouldn’t that be inviting a wolf into the house?
An Ci didn't say anything, took the tablet back, and tapped it a few times with his white, slender fingers.
Eric was puzzled, and the next second she shoved the tablet into his hands again and said, "See for yourself."
Eric looked down at the tablet. When he saw the contents clearly, he was surprised at first, and then he felt sorry for Fire.
"Grass."
He cursed under his breath and gritted his teeth, "No wonder the captain of Team Fire attacked before the game. If it were me, I would definitely hit him harder."
Those people have no bottom line in order to win the game, and they will resort to any despicable means behind the scenes.
It turned out that just before the game, the captain of another banned team hired someone to capture the Fire team captain's sister in order to win the game. He originally just wanted to threaten the Fire team captain to make him give up the game, but he never expected that the captain's sister escaped halfway and accidentally got into a car accident on the way while being chased, which caused her to limp in one leg.
Seeing his expression of hatred and resentment, An Ci smiled and patted his shoulder. "Cousin, the task of contacting them is now up to you."
"Also, what kind of decoration style do you want for your office? Give me a design."
She had to make arrangements for the club in advance before the training camp, otherwise her grandfather would think that she was wasting her time and energy on the club.
Eric's eyes lit up, "I still have an office?"
"Of course." An Ci said, "You are one of the bosses. Not only do you have an office, you also have shares."
When Eric heard this, he laughed so hard that his eyebrows were hidden.
He patted his chest and said, "Don't worry, I'll take care of contacting the Fire Team."
After Eric finished his noodles, the two of them went out together to their new territory.
On the way, Eric looked at the scenery flashing by outside the window, with a cynical smile on his lips.
He suddenly sighed, "The scenery of Continent M is not inferior to the imperial capital. I really don't know why Shen Mo is unwilling to come."
An Ci was looking at the tablet when she suddenly heard the name "Shen Mo". She looked up at him and asked, "Are you bringing up the M Continent thing in front of him again?"
Eric turned his head and met her inquiring gaze. He coughed lightly and said, "Didn't I come to Continent M last summer vacation? I asked him if he wanted to travel with me."
As expected, Shen Mo refused.
