Just for the other party's "thoughtfulness", she must thank him very much.
"Okay, I'll take you there when I have time." Aunt Hong said, "Hurry up and take a shower."
An Ci nodded, casually placed the sachet on the table beside him, and decided to wait until he had eaten and drunk enough before dealing with this harmful thing.
After she finished taking a shower and went downstairs to eat, An Zhenxiong came back in the moonlight.
When I walked into the dining room, I saw my little grandson wolfing down the food on the table. His cheeks were bulging with food and he was almost burying his face in the bowl.
An Zhenxiong was stunned. Looking at her round head, he couldn't help but start to reflect on whether he had been starving her.
Immersed in the world of eating, An Ci didn't notice An Zhenxiong's arrival at all until Aunt Hong's voice rang out.
"Master, why are you standing here?"
An Ci raised his head at the sound, holding a spoon in his hand, his face wrinkled with smile, "Grandpa, let's eat together."
An Zhenxiong strode over and said, "Grandpa is full." He pulled out a chair and sat next to her. "Xiao Ci, just eat by yourself."
After hearing this, An Ci continued to eat. She was not picky about food and ate a lot of every dish. Everything she ate tasted delicious.
"Auntie Hong, I want another bowl." She looked at Auntie Hong and raised the bowl in her hand.
Aunt Hong looked down at her clean bowl, and the corner of her lips twitched, "...Young Master, how about we not eat? I'll give you some soup."
An Ci exclaimed, his eyes shining, "But I still want to eat."
After digging the ground for an entire afternoon, I have to cook two more bowls of rice to replenish my energy.
Unable to bear the pitiful look on his little grandson's face, An Zhenxiong immediately said, "It's rare that Xiaoci has a good appetite. Let her eat if she wants."
Aunt Hong coughed and said, "Master, the young master has already eaten two bowls of rice."
Anzhenxiong Petrochemical.
His eyes swept over the dishes on the table, then glanced at her bulging belly. He immediately changed his tone, "Xiao Ci, how about some soup?"
It’s not that he doesn’t want to give her food, but can her stomach handle three bowls of rice?
The minority obeys the majority. An Ci looked helpless and said, "Okay." He handed the bowl to Aunt Hong, who picked up a piece of sweet and sour pork ribs with chopsticks and started chewing on it.
An Zhenxiong leaned sideways and noticed the scratch marks on her neck. He frowned and asked, "What's wrong with the wound on your neck?"
"Fugui and I were playing hide-and-seek, and I got scratched when I got into the bushes," An Ci evaded the question.
Knowing that she often played with Fugui these days, An Zhenxiong believed it without any doubt, "Did you apply the medicine?"
"Auntie Hong helped me wipe it." Putting down her chopsticks, she tilted her head and looked at the person next to her, her voice soft and sticky, "Grandpa, I want to plant something in the grass around the lake."
An Zhenxiong was puzzled. "Grow something? What?"
"Grow some vegetables," An Ci said, "and raise some chickens and geese."
An Zhenxiong was completely confused and didn't understand where she got these strange ideas from.
"Grandpa, can you lend me a few people to help me plow the land?" An Ci grabbed his hand and shook it with a flattering smile on his face.
"Is it okay?"
An Zhenxiong felt dizzy from her shaking, and looked at her with a mixture of laughter and tears, "What are you thinking about in your little head? Why did you think of growing vegetables?"
"For Grandpa to eat." An Ci said with a smile, "I'm also going to build a grape trellis, and when the grapes grow, I'll make wine for Grandpa to drink."
An Zhenxiong was slightly stunned, and even his coldest heart was melted by her two words.
He was deeply relieved and reached out to touch her head, "Xiao Ci has grown up."
"Then grandpa agreed?" An Ci looked at him expectantly.
An Zhenxiong hesitated for a moment, then agreed, "Yes."
It's rare that his little grandson is so filial, he must support him.
"I knew that grandpa was the best." An Ci said sweetly.
No matter how many times he heard this sentence, An Zhenxiong was always delighted.
Remembering what the two elders had said during the day, he spoke tentatively, "Xiao Ci, look, Grandpa has promised you everything you wanted. So can you also promise Grandpa one thing?"
"What's the matter?" An Ci asked cautiously, feeling that something was fishy.
An Zhenxiong said, "Now that you're well, you've been having fun these days. Isn't it time to think about going to school?"
"Ahem."
Hearing the word "class", An Ci choked and coughed. She looked at him with her peach blossom eyes and said aggrievedly, "Grandpa, you lied to me."
Meeting her accusing eyes, An Zhenxiong sneered, "Grandpa, how could I lie to you? Wasn't I discussing this with you?"
"Grandpa, you said you would wait half a month before going to class." An Ci had an expression that said, "Do you want to go back on your word?" She pouted as she thought of the lines from the variety show she watched yesterday.
"Grandpa, do you not love Xiao Ci anymore?"
Seeing her eyes suddenly turn red, An Zhenxiong immediately felt distressed and instantly forgot what the two elders said.
He quickly denied: "How is that possible? Grandpa just asked for your opinion. Since Xiao Ci still doesn't want to go to class, then wait a few more days. There's no rush."
An Ci sniffed, "Really?"
An Zhenxiong nodded helplessly.
Having escaped a disaster, An Ci smiled secretly in his heart, Oh yeah, I can continue to have fun tomorrow.
…
It was late at night and a night light was on in the bedroom.
An Ci opened her eyes, lifted the quilt and sat up. She turned her head to look at the sachet hanging on the head of her bed, and a hint of coldness flashed across her eyes.
She stood up, untied the sachet, and jumped out of bed.
The loud noise immediately woke up Fugui. He turned over and looked at her with his black eyes.
"Shhh."
An Ci leaned over and patted its head, "Fugui, don't make a sound."
Fugui nodded, not quite understanding.
An Ci curled his lips, "Fugui, come and help me."
Fugui followed her to the balcony. An Ci took out the sachet, roughly pulled the red string on it, and poured out all the herbs inside.
Then, she handed the sachet to Fugui's mouth and said, "Fugui, please use your teeth to tear this sachet into pieces."
After a few days of training, Fugui could almost understand some of An Ci's simple instructions. He opened his mouth and bit a corner of the sachet hard, and An Ci cooperated by pulling it.
With a "hiss", the sachet broke into two halves.
Fugui spat out the other half of the sachet in his mouth. An Ci reached out to pick it up and smiled with satisfaction.
She reached out and rubbed Fugui's head. "Well done! I'll reward you with an extra piece of beef tomorrow."
Fugui rubbed her palm excitedly.
"Let's go back to sleep." An Ci walked back to the bedroom clutching the torn sachet.
