Chapter 16 What a waste of money

The next day, An Ci slept late as usual.

It was not until Aunt Hong came to wake her up that she reluctantly got up and washed.

After she changed her clothes, Aunt Hong walked into the room with a cup of hot milk.

"Young Master, come and drink some milk."

"Here I come."

An Ci responded, grabbed the torn sachet, turned around and ran out of the cloakroom.

"Aunt Hong, I'm sorry."

Aunt Hong was stunned by the sudden apology.

She looked at An Ci with confusion, "Young Master, what's wrong? Why are you apologizing to me all of a sudden?"

An Ci pursed her lips and slowly took out her hand hidden behind her back. She spread out her palm, and Aunt Hong saw the torn sachet.

"this……"

"Auntie Hong, I accidentally broke the sachet when I was playing with Fugui." She lowered her head as she spoke, her voice muffled.

Aunt Hong smiled faintly and soothed, "I thought it was something serious, it's just a sachet, it's okay, if you like it I can ask A Xiu to make another one."

An Ci raised his head and blinked, "Are you really okay?"

Aunt Hong nodded, reached out and took the sachet from her hand, and asked, "Where are the herbs inside?"

An Ci said, "It spilled on the balcony."

"I'll go and clean up. Young master, drink the milk quickly." Aunt Hong said softly.

An Ci said "hmm", picked up the cup on the table, and drank the milk with pouting lips.

An Zhenxiong kept his word and agreed to send a few people to help her with the vegetable garden. Just as she finished breakfast, Zuo Fei rushed in with a group of people.

An Ci took a look and saw that there were twenty people.

She smacked her lips and silently gave her grandfather a thumbs up in her heart.

So generous.

It looks like her vegetable garden will be finished in less than a day.

Zuo Fei said, "Young Master, if you have any ideas, you can tell them."

What are you waiting for?

Su Nannan's eyes lit up instantly and she jumped off the chair. "Let's go and talk about it at the scene."

She is very busy today. After arranging the vegetable garden, she will go and thank the person who "carefully" sewed the sachet for her.

Seeing her rush out with a whoosh, Zuo Fei and his group were stunned for a moment, then hurriedly followed her out.

"Young Master, don't run too fast." Aunt Hong was worried sick and chased him to the door and shouted.

She found that since the young master recovered from his illness, he had become much more lively, just like what was said on the Internet, he had gone from being a socially anxious person to a socially adept person.

She actually thought this change was good. This little master was more adorable and more popular.

A group of people came to the garden by the lake in a mighty procession, with An Ci walking in front.

She stopped and pointed to the grass not far away. "Pull out all the flowers and grass from here to there. Use this piece for growing vegetables, and this piece for building a grape trellis."

"And let's build a swing over here. Oh, and a fence over here to raise chickens and geese."

After hearing her plan, everyone was dumbfounded, and looking at the priceless flowers and plants around them, they couldn't help but feel a little distressed.

What a waste of money.

After complaining in their hearts, the servants wrote down An Citi's requests one by one, brought their tools and prepared to start working.

An Ci was directing the work from the side, but Zuo Fei was called away by An Zhenxiong during the process, so she had to take charge of the supervision herself.

After a while, Aunt Hong came over with some fruit, followed by two young women, one of whom looked unfamiliar.

"Young master, stop busying yourself and come and have some fruit." Aunt Hong walked into the pavilion, put two lunch boxes and a bottle of freshly squeezed juice on the round table, then turned to look at An Ci.

An Ci was thirsty, so he threw down his small shovel and ran into the pavilion with his short legs.

"Auntie Hong, did you bring drinks for everyone?"

Looking at her little face that was red from the sun, Aunt Hong took out a tissue and walked over to wipe her sweat. "Yes, you've reminded me several times. How could Aunt Hong forget? Ah Xiu has it. I asked her to distribute it to everyone."

An Ci smiled sweetly at Aunt Hong, picked up the juice on the table, bit the straw and took a big sip.

She turned to look at a young woman who was distributing drinks not far away. She was tall, wearing a light pink uniform and had a ponytail.

The distance was a bit far, and from her angle she could only see a side profile, which was quite pretty.

Looks quite fragile.
