Chapter 156 Someone is waiting for her

Just then, An Ci suddenly broke into the study.

Look anxious.

An Zhenxiong and the other two looked at her, and seeing her anxious and flustered appearance, they were all confused.

An Lan's gentle voice was filled with a hint of surprise, "Zizi, what's wrong with you?"

An Ci looked around, and the light in her eyes gradually faded. She was sweating from running all the way, and she felt inexplicably cold all over.

Not him.

"Cub?"

An Lan's voice came over, and An Ci came to his senses, hiding the disappointment in his eyes, and slightly curved his lips, "Dad, Mom, when did you come?"

She walked over to An Lan and sat down, resting her head on her shoulder like she did when they were little, sitting lazily. "Why didn't you tell me in advance? If I had known, I wouldn't have gone out."

An Lan looked at her sideways and said, "I learned this from you. I'm going to give you a surprise." Then she raised her hand and smoothed her hair that was messed up by the wind.

"Why are you running so fast? Look at how sweaty you are."

An Ci lowered his eyes and said in a pretentious tone, "I just missed you guys and rushed to see you."

Noticing the paper in An Lan's hand, she changed the subject and asked, "What is this?"

"What else could it be? Your transcript." An Zhenxiong said unhappily, "The Great Elder just sent it over specially."

"Transcript?" An Ci raised an eyebrow. "Did the elders finish grading the papers so quickly?"

Although she already knew her grades, she still pretended to reach out and took the report card to look at it.

The next second, she looked at An Zhenxiong with a smile on her face and said, "Grandpa, look, one of the subjects is A."

An Zhenxiong snorted and laughed, "Only one of them is A, what's there to be happy about? The Great Elder asked me to ask you, besides the Seventh Elder, do you have any opinions about the remaining six elders?"

An Ci was stunned. "Ah, what do you mean?"

Seeing her cub's rare confusion, An Lan suppressed a smile and explained, "Because you only got an A in the course taught by the Seventh Elder."

An Ci suddenly realized and smiled, "This is definitely a misunderstanding. I don't have any opinion on them."

The only complaint is that there is too much homework.

An Zhenxiong raised his chin and asked, "Then tell me, how come you only got an A in one subject?"

An Ci said without hesitation, "Because it's not possible."

This time, not only An Zhenxiong was stunned, even Song Xiunian and An Lan didn't understand.

"What's wrong?" An Lan asked.

"I'm not strong enough."

When An Ci said this, he quietly sat up straight and moved to the side.

Almost at the same time, a pillow hit them.

"You little bastard, how dare you say that."

After hearing what she said, An Zhenxiong's face turned dark, with an expression of disappointment.

An Ci looked at the empty pillow and smiled as he took it into his arms. "Grandpa, anger makes you old quickly. Please calm down."

As soon as she finished speaking, a hand reached out and pinched her ear.

"You still dare to laugh? Look how angry your grandfather is."

"Ouch, Dad, this is not a pig's ear, please pull it gently." An Ci cried out in pain and looked at An Lan for help.

"Mom, Dad is going to pull my ears off."

Although An Lan loved and doted on her, she still understood her husband. She seemed to be pinching her ear, but in fact she didn't use much force at all. She reached out and touched An Ci's forehead, "You, stop pretending to be pitiful. This trick is no longer working."

Seeing that An Lan's side was not working, An Ci had no choice but to look at An Zhenxiong and said pitifully, "Grandpa, my ears are hurting so much."

Song Xiunian pinched her ears and laughed angrily.

The little bastard only knows how to act pitiful.

"It's your fault." She had used this trick too many times, and An Zhenxiong no longer helped her.

"Let's see if you dare to do this in the exam next time."

"I've passed all of them, right? Look, it's either A or B, not a single C." An Ci curled his lips, not caring that one of his ears was pinched by Song Xiunian, and leaned his upper body lazily against An Lan.

“This is not easy for me, okay.”

"What Zizi said seems to make some sense..." An Lan said while stealing a glance at An Zhenxiong's face.

An Zhenxiong interrupted her, "What does that mean? Look, you're spoiling her again."

An Lan, "..."

She spoils her kid?

Who promised to give it to Zaizai at the club?

"Zizai is not a child anymore, so we need to take her academic performance seriously. I think we should find a few teachers to give her extra lessons after she returns to the capital." As soon as Song Xiunian opened her mouth, An Ci felt that her freedom was about to leave her.

An Ci raised his hand, "I object."

Song Xiunian glanced at her and said, "The objection is invalid."

"I object with both hands." An Ci raised his other hand.

"It's useless for you to object with both legs." Song Xiunian continued to refute, then turned to look at An Zhenxiong and asked, "Dad, what do you think?"

An Ci followed his gaze and called him bitterly, "Grandpa."

"I really took the exam seriously this time. Look, I studied so hard late into the night that I lost a lot of weight."

"Yeah, there's no flesh on your face." An Lan touched her thin chin and joined in at the right time.

An Zhenxiong stared at her for a while, thinking of how she looked haggard when she knelt in front of him and begged him a while ago. The little bastard had lost a lot of weight during that period.

Forget it, this time she finally got an A in one of the subjects, so he couldn't push her too hard.

He coughed lightly and said, "It's okay to make up for it, but you have to do better on the test next time."

An Ci nodded with a smile on his face, "Thank you, Grandpa. I knew you were the best."

Three "mosts" in a row, and her adorable smile, no one can resist it.
