He looked towards the balcony, and the wind chime that he remembered hanging in front of the window was gone.
"Baby?" he called her.
"Um?"
"Where's the wind chime?"
An Ci turned around and found that he was staring at the balcony, and smiled knowingly.
"Wait for me a moment."
After she finished speaking, she ran into the cloakroom and came back a few moments later with a bunch of wind chimes.
She ordered him rudely, "Here, hang it up for me."
Shen Mo looked at the wind chime she handed over. The light-colored shells and pearls were as new as when he gave it to her. It was obvious that she had kept the wind chime very well, without even a trace of dust.
Shen Mo curled his lips slightly, reached out to take the wind chime, and walked to the balcony. He was tall, with long arms and legs, and he hung the wind chime effortlessly.
The sunlight shines on the wind chimes, and the light-colored shells and pearls seem to be coated with a halo. When the wind blows, the crisp sound of the bells rings in my ears, ethereal and pleasant.
Shen Mo looked at An Ci, who just turned his head to look at him. Their eyes met in mid-air, and the corners of their mouths curled up in a similar arc.
When the two went downstairs, An Jianwen and An Yang had already left, leaving Eric alone.
"Oh, you're still alive." Eric looked at the two of them and smiled lazily. "I was wondering if I should call an ambulance for you."
An Ci rolled his eyes at him, "Where are they?"
"You left early. Do you think everyone is as idle as you?" Eric complained rudely.
As soon as An Ci sat down, he reached for the strawberry milkshake on the table and put the straw in it.
Seeing this, Eric glanced into the bag.
There is nothing left.
He looked at Shen Mo, his heart sank, "No, you just brought one cup?"
Meeting his resentful gaze, Shen Mo said calmly, "Don't you always avoid drinking this?"
Eric gritted his teeth and said, "Then you can buy me a drink that I like."
"This isn't something I bought." An Ci took a sip of his strawberry milkshake, a bright smile glittering in his eyes. "It's pure handmade, understand?"
Eric was stunned for a moment, and looked at Shen Mo in disbelief, "You did it yourself?"
Shen Mo didn't say anything, which was considered as an admission.
After the shock subsided, Eric looked at the strawberry milkshake in An Ci's hand and said with a sigh, "It really is true that there is always a way out."
Even brothers may not be able to do this.
His eyes wandered between the two of them, and his tone was teasing, "Do you think you have reconciled?"
An Ci bit the straw and hummed.
Eric smiled and asked, "Since you two have reconciled, do you have to give me a big red envelope each?"
Shen Mo was very straightforward and transferred money to him right away by picking up his phone.
The next second, Eric's phone rang with a message alert.
He picked up his phone and opened it to see that five million had suddenly been deposited into his bank account.
"Fuck..."
Eric suddenly looked up at Shen Mo, his eyes shining, "Brother Shen, if you have anything in the future, just call me, you're welcome."
An Ci touched Shen Mo's arm and asked curiously, "How much did you give him?"
Without waiting for Shen Mo to speak, Eric proudly raised five fingers.
An Ci guessed, "Fifty dollars?"
Eric, "..."
Can fifty get him to call me brother?
joke.
“Do you look down on me, or do you look down on our Brother Shen?”
An Ci continued to guess, "Then, five thousand?"
Eric smirked and said, "Take another bold guess."
"fifty thousand?"
Eric raised a finger and shook it, "No."
"Five hundred thousand?" An Ci looked at Shen Mo quickly, as if he was about to jump up from the sofa in the next second.
"You gave him five hundred thousand?"
Before he finished speaking, Eric's cheesy laugh came from the side, "No, it's five million."
An Ci's mind exploded. He stood up excitedly and looked down at Shen Mo with an incredible expression. "You gave him five million? You have too much money to burn?"
