Chapter 218 The Person I Like

Seeing this, Eric laughed out loud, "Hey, this isn't your money, why are you so excited?"

An Ci ignored him, looked at Shen Mo, and continued, "Or, have you two secretly agreed on some secret that cannot be told to others without my knowledge?"

Shen Mo chuckled, afraid that she would fall, so he raised his hand to hold her, "Sit tight."

An Ci narrowed his eyes, "No, you speak first."

"What the hell are you talking about? Brother Chen is just repaying a favor. Unlike you, you didn't even give me a red envelope." Eric said quietly.

An Ci, "Shut up."

Shen Mo looked at Eric and said, "This five million, Zizi and I will each take half."

"Then return my half to me." An Ci thought quickly and said to Eric, "I didn't say I would give you a red envelope."

Eric, "..."

He really knows how to thank you.

How come his money-loving nature hasn't changed since he was a child?

Eric stood up immediately and said, "I suddenly remembered that I have something else to do, so I'll leave first."

After saying that, he slipped away without even stopping for a second.

"Hey, come back here..."

An Ci jumped off the sofa and was about to chase after him, but just as he took a step, Shen Mo grabbed him back.

"Be good, I'll give you a red envelope if you want one."

An Ci rolled his eyes at him and asked, "You have a mine?"

Shen Mo raised his eyebrows, "It seems there are one or two."

Anci, "..."

She bit the straw and looked at Shen Mo with eyes shining as if she saw a moving mountain of gold.

Shen Mo bent his finger and flicked her forehead, then asked in amusement, "What are you looking at?"

An Ci leaned over and asked with a smile, "Brother, how much money do you have?"

From childhood to adulthood, I have never seen him poor.

"Want to know?" Shen Mo lowered his eyes and looked at her, a meaningful smile on his face.

An Ci nodded.

"I can't tell you this." Shen Mo deliberately slowed down his speech. "I'll only tell this kind of private matter to my future significant other."

An Ci blinked, "Do you have someone you like?"

Shen Mo glanced at her and said calmly, "Not yet, but there will be one in the future."

The next second, he changed the subject and asked, "Does Zizi have it?"

An Ci asked dully, "What is it?"

"Someone I like." he said.

An Ci leaned back and said, "Please, I'm only a few years old. This kind of thing is a million miles away from me."

"Really?" Shen Mo's eyes fell on her face, his fingers tapping the armrest of the sofa absentmindedly. "Last time at the banquet, I heard others say that you were with that girl named Cui Mingzhu?"

"A golden boy and a beautiful girl, a perfect match."

With every word he spoke, his eyes darkened.

"Heaven, makes it happen?"

"puff."

An Ci was startled and choked before he could even swallow a mouthful of strawberry milkshake.

"Ahem."

Shen Mo reached out and patted her on the back, "Why are you panicking?"

"Who's panicking?" An Ci recovered his breath, a speechless expression on his face. "Who said Cui Mingzhu and I were together? Which ear of that group heard it?"

Shen Mo curled his lips, "So, it's fake?"

"Nonsense." After saying that, An Ci looked at him as if he were a fool and said, "You don't really believe it, do you?"

Shen Mo smiled, "When you two appeared together, and she was holding your hand, anyone would think so."

An Ci's mouth twitched, "Do you understand gentlemanly manners?"

"I don't understand." Shen Mo looked at the ahoge on her head and raised his hand to press it down. "I just know that if you're not interested in someone, don't give them hope. Maintain a good boundary so they don't misunderstand you."
