Gu Mang glanced at her.
Huo Zhixin stuck out her tongue, speaking solemnly. "I came to Jiangzhou to tell you about what's been happening at home lately, so you can be prepared. Also... hehe, I also want to see what my sister-in-law looks like!"
Gu Mang's face darkened, looking particularly alarming.
"Alright!" Huo Zhixin pouted. "Look how nervous you are. Do you think I'd eat her? I just want to see who she is. Don't worry, I promise I won't let her see me, okay?"
"Hmm." Gu Mang grunted, his brows still furrowed. "Be careful in Jiangzhou, don't let anyone discover your whereabouts. Also, how did you get here? Was anyone following you?"
"Yes!" Huo Zhixin suddenly showed a shy look like a little girl. "It was...it was Yin Shaoqing who accompanied me."
Yin Shaoqing?
Gu Mang thought for a long time before he remembered that Yin Shaoqing was a long-term worker in the Huo family, not even a bodyguard or driver, at most doing some manual labor at the Huo Manor.
He hadn't paid attention to this person before, but judging from Huo Zhixin's expression, something seemed off.
"What," he narrowed his eyes slightly, "you're getting quite close to him?"

Jiang Can thought about it and realized that the person did look unfamiliar. However, in such a large private hospital, she couldn't possibly recognize everyone!
