Aunt Mu and her husband were the ones who had to bury their son, so they had some deep-seated attachments. They only had one son, and he had been dead for so many years, so they must have felt a great emptiness in their hearts.

As soon as the door opened, a drunken man walked in. Lin Yuxin paused, quickly put the silver needles away, and sat helplessly on the bed, looking at the man in the doorway.
Upon seeing the woman sitting on the bed, the man staggered over, looking aggrieved, and said resentfully:
"Xin Xin, they say I'm no good. Five years have passed, and their kids are old enough to run errands, while I'm still nobody! If I hadn't lied and said I was married and had a wife, I, the dignified Regent, would have lost all face and dignity!"
