On her way home, she ran into Lu Jing returning.
"Mom, why do you only pick up Dad after get off work and never pick me up from school?"
"Don't talk nonsense. Didn't I pick you up from school this week? This was the first time I picked up your dad this week, and you still dare to talk nonsense."
Lu Jing immediately grinned and hooked his arm around his brother's neck, and the two walked inside together.

Zhou Yang wasn't angry at all; instead, he chuckled and said, "You haven't done anything to him for so long, which is already giving me face. I'll handle this matter; don't worry, sister-in-law."
"Of course I trust you to handle things."
After hanging up the phone, Lu Feng looked at her and asked, "What did Zhou Ming say?"
"What can you say? He said he'd handle it. Did Zhou Ming get transferred back?"
"It'll be soon, but I'm on vacation in Beijing right now."
Lin Wanwan nodded and didn't say anything more.
Lu Feng looked at her and asked, "Are you going to school tomorrow?"
“Go ahead, why not? I want to see which leader is so responsible and decisive in handling things this way at school.”
Lu Feng chuckled lightly, "It's been a long time since I've seen you lose your temper."
Lin Wanwan looked up at him and said, "Then I'll throw a tantrum at you?"
"Haha, fine, I also want to see Director Lin lose his temper."
Lin Wanwan couldn't hold back and collapsed onto the sofa laughing.
The next morning, Lin Wanwan took Lu Ming and drove to pick up Zou Cui and her son.
"Thank you for coming to pick us up."
"Why are you being so polite? We're going to school too."
The four drove to school just in time for their morning exercises.

"I know Lu is a good student, but hitting someone is wrong. Shouldn't he reflect on his actions?"
"Really? So, according to the teacher, if someone bullies a classmate or my son at school, he can't fight back? Is this a school for educating and nurturing students, or a place that suppresses humanity and enslaves its students?"
There were many students around, and Lin Wanwan's voice wasn't quiet; some of the bolder students were already laughing.
"Get out of here!! Scatter, get out of here, what are you doing here instead of going to class?"
The students immediately scattered and ran towards the classroom, with only a few of the bolder ones remaining around.
"What are you all making so much noise here so early in the morning?" He didn't even give Lin Wanwan and the others a second glance, only looking at the young teacher in front of him.
"Is the school a place for you to gossip? What kind of security guard is this? Letting all sorts of random people into the school, what if something happens to the students?"
Lin Wanwan looked at him with a half-smile, "Oh, isn't this Deputy Director Zhang? The previous one left? You've been promoted? This official air of authority, I almost didn't recognize you."
Zhang Jun then turned around and saw who it was, and instantly broke out in a cold sweat.
"You...you...how come you have time to come to the school? Why didn't you call and I would have picked you up at the school gate?"
"No way, you're making me sound like some big shot. We're just ordinary people, we should just wait at the school gate next time."
"What are you saying? In this sweltering heat, why don't you go to the office to rest? What brings you to the school today? And who is this gentleman?"
“These are my son and goddaughter. Director Zhang happens to be here today, so I’d like to trouble you to ask what unforgivable crime my two children have committed that warrants our expulsion from school.”
“Let’s go to the office. It’s so sunny here. If you get sunburned, your dad will skin me alive.”
"What kind of talk is this? What right do we idle people have to sit in the office? Let's just talk here."
Zhang Jun immediately turned around and berated the young teacher behind him, "What kind of work are you doing? Parents come to the school for consultations, and you leave them standing in the sun?"
The young teacher was stunned by his shout, lowered her head, and blushed, not daring to speak.
“My niece said in the office, it’s so sunny.”
Lin Wanwan ignored him and looked at Zou Cui, asking, "Sister Cui, shall we go to the office? Qingran is so hot."
Zou Cui nodded. "Let's go then."
Zhang Jun immediately smiled and led the group to his office.
