Lu Lili dawdled off, but Lin Wanwan ignored her and took out the paper and pen she had brought to start writing her manuscript.
Qian Senlin came out twice, and when he saw Lin Wanwan engrossed in writing, he nodded in satisfaction. The third time he came out, Lin Wanwan called him back.
"Station manager, the script is finished. Take a look and if there are no problems, I'm about to prepare for broadcasting."
Qian Senlin hurriedly reached out to take it, and the more he looked at it, the more satisfied he became, and the smile on his face grew wider and wider.
"You've improved again? Did you secretly study? This draft is more mature than before. Not bad, not bad. You really have talent. This draft doesn't need any revisions; it's very well written."
The people in the office all perked up their ears to listen to what was happening. When they saw Qian Senlin praising Lin Wanwan, they exchanged glances.
Hearing the commotion, Qin Lu asked, "Station manager, will mine still be broadcasting later?"
"Didn't we just discuss in the meeting that all the work needs to be rearranged?"
Lin Wanwan checked the manuscript over and looked at the time; there were still twenty minutes until ten o'clock.
I unscrewed the thermos and took a sip of the herbal tea inside.
After going over the script twice, Lin Wanwan felt it was about right and prepared to go to the broadcasting room to check the equipment and then do one last check before it was ready.
He stood up with the manuscript in his hand to leave, but after taking only two steps, he was bumped into by Lu Lili and Qin Lu.
Lin Wanwan looked at the wet manuscript in her hand; the words written with a fountain pen were gradually spreading with the water.
Lu Lili quickly bowed and apologized, "Director Lin, I'm so sorry, Qin Lu and I didn't mean it, right?"
Seeing Lu Lili's guilty expression, on the verge of tears, Lin Wanwan sneered, "The script is gone, how are we going to broadcast it? Qin Lu, right? You'll be broadcasting it later, won't you? Why don't you go?"
Upon hearing this, Qin Lu's face lit up with a smile. "Okay, Director, I'll go right away."
