"Need not!"
Qin Suisui quickly refused.
"I'll have Assistant Yue order takeout for me later!"
"No need, I'll order for you now. You have to finish it, otherwise, starting tomorrow, I'll supervise your meals from noon onwards!"
Huo Zhongyuan's expression was serious, leaving no room for doubt.
"All right!"
Qin Suisui dared not refuse. Her senior brother always kept his word. She didn't want someone sitting next to her to supervise her lunch. How could she possibly eat then?
Sui Sui obediently agreed, and Huo Zhongyuan finally smiled.
"Sui Sui, did you know that Mu Kefei just called and said that Feng Jinnan of Xinjia Group did indeed sign an agreement in Macau!"
"That's great!"
Qin Suisui let out a soft cry of joy.
Huo Zhongyuan: "Mu Kefei just suggested that we arrange a time to have a casual meal together, but I declined on your behalf. I told him that you've been so busy with the Tonglu Group case that you've neglected me and haven't had time to come out at all."
"Yes, I really don't have time."
Qin Suisui deliberately ignored Huo Shixiong's comment about ignoring her; she knew he must have said it on purpose.
"Are you free tonight? Shall we go out for dinner?"
Huo Zhongyuan felt like a resentful husband lately, waiting every day for Sui Sui to find time to choose him.
"Um!"
Qin Suisui was a little conflicted. The entire law firm had been working overtime lately, and it didn't seem right for her to leave work on time!
"Let me check the afternoon's schedule, okay?"
"good!"
Huo Zhongyuan was also helpless. He and Sui Sui were both workaholics, and with his assets, Sui Sui didn't need to work at all.
But he would much rather see Sui Sui confronting her opponents in court and shining brightly when she wins!
