After returning to Huating, Mu Kefei first went to the procuratorate to organize and classify the evidence they had collected in Aocheng and then submitted it to the higher authorities.
After receiving the evidence, Sun Xueming, the leader in charge of the procuratorate at the higher-level competent authority, repeatedly said "good."
"Mu Kefei, you're doing well, kid. You managed to find this out. You've got potential!"
"Director Sun, I only found the right direction after being guided by others!"
Mu Kefei is not the kind of person who takes all the credit, especially since Director Sun is his former boss.
He briefly recounted what Qin Suisui had said at the gathering that day.

"How can you call it empty promises? You're so careless with your words!"
Sun Xueming's expression was calm, and his smile was composed.
"Which year doesn't our Huating Municipal Government select the Top Ten Outstanding Youths? The key is whether the other party can meet the standards. If they can't, they should strive to meet them. That's my real purpose!"
"You look so smart, yet you're still a disappointment!"
Mu Kefei really didn't want to listen to Director Sun's motivational speeches anymore, so he laughed it off and hung up the phone.
Looking at the landline on his desk, he shook his head with a sigh.
All the required documents have been submitted to the relevant departments. The remaining documents fall under the jurisdiction of the next department and are not within the jurisdiction of their procuratorate.
He thought of the promise he made to Huo Zhongyuan that night, picked up the phone and dialed Huo Zhongyuan's office directly.
"Hello!"
As Mukfi listened to the deep, magnetic voice on the other end of the microphone, he couldn't help but pull the microphone away a little.

Upon hearing this, Huo Zhongyuan immediately realized what was happening. He put down his pen and listened attentively to Mukefei's account of his trip.

After Mukfee finished speaking, he continued, "Now the whereabouts of the funds should be clear. The next step is to figure out how to recover the funds."
"Mu Kefei, I feel the most difficult part might be recovering the funds. I sincerely suggest you ask my Sui Sui to be your advisor!"
"Give your Sui Sui back!"
Mukfi clicked his tongue in disgust.
"It's still uncertain whether Qin Lu has even acknowledged you yet, and you're still talking about your family, Huo Zhongyuan! As your older brother, I have a piece of advice for you: if you should take them down, then take them down!"
"Take it down?"

Mukfei was so angry that he rolled his eyes. His well-intentioned advice had been misinterpreted and attacked.
"Huo Zhongyuan, I'm calling to ask you to tell Qin Lu if she's free this week. I'd like to invite her to a casual meal. You can come or not; it's just a bonus!"
"She doesn't have time!"
Huo Zhongyuan refused outright. In the past few days, he had been refused when he tried to take Sui Sui out to eat, let alone Mu Kefei.
Mu Kefei thought Huo Zhongyuan was deliberately refusing, and he laughed in anger.
