"My dad really came back?!"
Qiu Yang couldn't believe it was true.
Su Xiaowei came up and gently hugged Qiuyang, saying tenderly:
"Your mom promised me she'd come over for dinner tonight."
Qiu Yang simply responded with an "oh".
Having dinner with him at home is not as important as her father coming home.
"Okay, we'll go home after get off work."
"No, I need to go back to my dorm first, take a shower, change into some nice clothes, and then see your parents, your younger brother and sister."
"Okay, okay, whatever you want, I need to go home first."
"Hey, Qiuyang, come back with me. How am I supposed to get to your house by myself? It's my first time visiting your place."
"Don't you have a mouth? Haven't I already told you which building and floor my home is in?"
"Oh, Qiuyang, I want to go with you."
Su Xiaowei said,
She shook Qiuyang's arm and said coquettishly.
