A beam of light, hotter and more dazzling than the sun, exploded in the air, and a massive, powerful dragon flame slammed into the city of Tero, instantly engulfing several streets.

The thousands upon thousands of parasitic corpses in the dragon flames were evaporated in an instant, like snow melting in June, and disappeared without a trace.

The dragon landed in the city, and the impact of its claws striking the ground caused the entire ground to tremble.

The already dilapidated buildings collapsed one after another, turning into piles of ruins; the once calm moat was now surging with waves under the impact, rushing over the banks and flooding the streets.

As the dragon moved, a second burst of dragon flame struck the clock tower on the hills outside the city. The parasitic corpses, which resembled ants, were reduced to charred remains in the flames.

Feeling the tremors beneath his feet, Randall straightened his back, gripped the dragon badge on his chest, and looked at the magnificent dragon radiating vibrant colors in the distance. He then said to Carol, who was slumped on the ground behind him, "You won't believe what happened..."
