Aldnan found a chair and sat down, then said to Carol and Randall, "Would you like to hear my analysis?"

Carroll stood up from his chair and said to Randall, "It's time for you to step in."
Randall took a deep breath, nodded, lifted the backstage curtain, and walked out.
Just as Carol was about to follow him out, Aldenan pulled him back.
Aldenan looked at Carol and said slowly, "If this wedding makes you uncomfortable, I can go in your place."
Carol gently pulled away from Aldenan: "I'm fine."
Watching Carol disappear behind the curtain, Aldnan muttered helplessly to himself, "Sigh...love..."
