Chapter 134 Deep Sea Alien Race

Both the brother and sister's legs were numb.

The two felt terrified due to their trypophobia.

The tree's trunk was several kilometers in diameter, covered with countless deep-sea creatures, like a persistent, malignant infection. What the brother and sister hadn't anticipated was...

"This is way too many!"

The two quickly turned their heads away, not daring to look anymore; goosebumps covered their skin.

The tree replied, "My vines will provide you with powerful assistance!"

"Then you go do it yourself!" Wang Lan shrugged. "What would we be doing?"

The tree explained, "Because it is such a powerful help, it will also cause some damage to myself."

Sun Muchen was taken aback and questioned, "What kind of reason is that!"

"Yes, there's no reason!"

The vines supporting the brother and sister suddenly split into two. The vine under Sun Muchen's feet remained motionless, while the vine under Wang Lan's feet rapidly lashed towards the tree trunk.

Wang Lan's body swayed backward, but fortunately, the vines caught his feet in time, preventing him from falling.

"Depend on!"

Wang Lan shouted, "They even tried to force us to buy!"

As they spoke, Wang Lan was pushed to a spot not far from the alien monster in the deep sea. Feeling the restraints on his feet suddenly being removed, Wang Lan regained his freedom.

He knew that he was in a situation beyond his control and had no choice in the matter, so he picked up the Vajra Umbrella, pushed off with his feet, and jumped out.

The vines twisted and spread out the instant Wang Lan jumped out, transforming into countless straight and sharp thorns that followed him.

Wang Lan was only one step away from the alien monster. He raised the Vajra Umbrella above his head with both hands and slashed it down fiercely at the monster in front of him.

"Bang!"

A dull thud.

The blow landed on the monster's head, and blood with a strong fishy smell spurted out. The immense force shook the monster's scales, causing it to stand on end. The monster died before it could even fight back. Although Wang Lan was surprised by how powerful he had become, he did not withdraw his attack. Instead, he pressed down on the monster's corpse and used the force of the falling weight to exert force once more.

So the first monster corpse that was killed crashed down hard, directly hitting the monster below and causing it to cry out in agony.

But when the monsters around them saw their companion die, the "clucking" sound they made suddenly turned into a sharp shriek, and they kicked off the tree trunks with their limbs and charged towards Wang Lan.

At that moment, the sharp thorns splitting from the vines slashed down from both sides of Wang Lan, striking the monsters squarely.

Amidst cries of agony, the monsters were battered and bruised by the vines, their scales flying everywhere.

"Little girl! It's your turn!"

The sound of the trees reminded Sun Muchen.

Sun Muchen had already made preparations. She had been drawing her bow and nocking an arrow for a long time, and blue energy light was attached to the arrow. Seeing the perfect coordination between Wang Lan and the tree vines, she changed the direction of the arrowhead.

let go!

The blue, shimmering arrows shot towards other parts of the tree, streaking across like meteors, and struck the tree in an instant.

The wooden arrow then merged into the tree trunk, as if it had sunk into the sea without causing any ripples. However, the blue light attached to the arrow was compressed together and then suddenly transformed into an energy ripple, spreading outward from the point of impact.

The blue energy instantly swept over the alien monsters within a radius of tens of meters. The blue light split into countless strands, which pierced directly into the monsters' bodies along their scales, causing screams of agony to erupt one after another.

Rays of light emanated from the monster's body, and the next moment, the monster's body trembled violently before exploding into clouds of blood mist.

Sun Muchen was stunned!

She hadn't expected the arrow to be so powerful, causing such a terrifying effect.

"Why did it stop?"

The tree's voice rang out again, "There are more and more monsters! Don't stop, keep going!"

Upon hearing this, Sun Muchen quickly glanced down.

From the receding tide, monsters surged out of the sea, landed on tree trunks, and began to climb upwards.

At this moment, Wang Lan was pressing the monsters down. With the increasing weight and Wang Lan's enormous strength, the monsters in the middle had been crushed into a pulp, and the speed at which blood gushed down was even faster than the speed at which Wang Lan descended.

Meanwhile, the vines lashed out from both sides of Wang Lan, blocking and killing the approaching monsters.

The blood stained the dark seawater below a deep red, and also fell onto the ever-climbing monster.

Wang Lan continued to fall.

They had already closed the distance to the monsters climbing below.

The monsters let out strange cries, looking at Wang Lan with eager anticipation.

But just then, a blue streak of light shot over.

It landed below Wang Lan.

Just as Wang Lan caught a ripple in his peripheral vision, a series of booming explosions followed. When he looked down, he was horrified to see only a crimson mist of blood below, along with a nauseating stench.

The vines then landed at Wang Lan's feet, intertwined, and lifted Wang Lan upwards.

Blue, flowing arrows flashed past Wang Lan.

Immediately, puffs of blood mist and the shrill roars of monsters appeared in their field of vision.

The tree said, "Little girl, stop for a moment."
