"What's going on? Why did the power go out suddenly?" someone asked loudly in a panicked tone.
"That's so strange. We didn't receive any notice of a power outage." Another voice was full of confusion.
Xiao Yi frowned, stood up, and walked quickly to the window. Outside, cars that had been driving in an orderly manner suddenly stopped, and a chorus of horns blared.
