Chapter 26 The Underworld Messenger



She first picked a few flowers and put them in her backpack. Then she slowly walked over to Yue Qi.

Yue Qi was carefully prying open one of the coffins; the lid appeared to be loosely closed. It looked like it was made of just a thin, ordinary wooden board. Even Sun Jue could easily open it with one hand, let alone him.

But in reality, despite their combined efforts, he and Sun Jue remained completely still.

Yan Qing walked to the coffin and, as expected, smelled that familiar fragrance again.

She touched Yue Qi's hand. "Is there something in the coffin? It smells the same as last night?"

Each stand has missing parts, as if something should have been placed on it.

Moreover, the placement of these seven seats is somewhat strange. Their arrangement seems to suggest some kind of formation.

Could this be the "Seven Star Demon Subduing Formation" that Yue Qi mentioned?
