Chapter Six: The Autistic Cat

Su Li watched the black cat enjoying its instant noodles without intending to stop it.

Although this cat is adorable, it is different from ordinary cats, and the two of them are not in a master-servant relationship.

She actually needs the cat to be her guard right now, if she's willing.

So from her teammate's perspective, she couldn't interfere with its decision; it should just take responsibility for the consequences itself!

Having determined that the cat didn't want to eat dog food, Su Li took out another bucket of instant noodles and soaked it in the still-warm water.

After they finished eating, Su Li tucked away the bedding under her buttocks and began making a weapon for self-defense.

It's actually those two knives from yesterday.

She tightly wrapped a rolling pin with strips of cloth cut from clothes around the handle of each knife!

This way, you can increase your attack range and also keep yourself away from the zombies.

After finishing the two knives, Su Li first put the watermelon knife into her spatial storage, keeping it for later use.

She then went to the refrigerator and took out several bags of meat.

The meat with bones had been pre-cut and didn't need further processing. She simply took out all the meat strips and cut them into small pieces as well.

She then went to the dressing room and took out two shirts, tying the collars and sleeves tightly so that the shirts looked like bags.

Then he packed the meat into two separate pieces of clothing, storing one bag in his spatial storage and keeping the other bag for later use.

She didn't use a plastic bag because she was afraid of making a noise when she was taking out the pieces of meat.

After everything was ready, Su Li went to the balcony to check the situation downstairs.

The building she lives in is located at the southernmost part of the community, in a row of buildings next to the community gate.

If we want to leave the community through the main gate later, we'll have to run across the entire building to reach the main entrance.

However, if you go through the back door of the shop on the first floor, you can reach the outside of the community in less than a minute.

There weren't many zombies outside the building entrance downstairs at this time; only two or three were wandering around, and one of them was walking further and further away.

Su Li looked out the window of the master bedroom again. The window faced the road and she could see the fresh food supermarket on the street corner across the street.

The zombie virus outbreak occurred around 9 p.m. At that time, the supermarket was still open, but there probably weren't many customers.

There were more zombies roaming the streets than in the neighborhood, but they were still not very agile.

If she could cross the road and run into the supermarket within a minute or two and close the door, it probably wouldn't cause too much of a reaction from the zombies on the road!
