Xie Wei greeted each and every child, without missing a single one.
Xie Wei looked at the children in front of him. When they first met, some were tiny babies, and some were kindergarten age. Now they are all in kindergarten and primary school.
"Xiao Wei, you're here again," a voice came from behind Xie Wei.
Xie Wei knew it was Dean Zhang when he heard the voice, turned around, gave a junior's bow, and replied.
"Yes, it's been so long since I've seen the children, I've missed them terribly," she said with a smile. "I also brought some clothes and shoes for them today."
Dean Zhang looked at Xie Wei with kind eyes, glanced at the children around the orphanage, and began to walk around.
"Don't think I'm nagging. I've said it many times. Thanks to your help and the donations the orphanage has received over the years, the orphanage can afford those things now. You don't need to worry about them anymore. Just treat it like your own home."

"Qianqian would be very happy to know this," Dean Zhang said as he walked to a wall where a photograph was hanging.
The orphanage inside looked somewhat dilapidated compared to now. Xie Wei and a girl stood on either side of Director Zhang. Both Xie Wei and the girl were wearing their high school uniforms. Some of the children around them looked somewhat similar to the children surrounding Xie Wei today.
The girl must be Qianqian, the one Dean Zhang mentioned.
Xie Wei looked at the photos on the wall, his thoughts drifting. "Yes."
"Don't worry, Dean, I'll find her," Xie Wei assured the dean with a smile, but there was a hint of sadness in his eyes.
(Xie Wei is not an orphan, but because of the character Qianqian, he has a connection with the orphanage. This part of the story will be told later.)
