Chapter 305: IF Route - Bazel: Familia

Chapter 305: IF Route - Bazel: Familia

After finishing her meal, Bazel took her to the training ground and also delivered food to Erjiu.

It takes about half an hour to drive from home to the flight training ground. On the way, there was a mid-air collision between two aircraft, and gunshots were heard.

Although Sarea is the capital and has better security than other places, Saint Tan is still a gathering place for space wanderers, a mixed bag of people, and things like this happen every day.

There was some chaos ahead, with more than a dozen flying vehicles chasing after several other vehicles and firing at each other continuously.

Bazel tried to go around from the front, but Anno skillfully drew his weapon.

One of the flying vehicles was hit, and several other flying vehicles crashed into their vehicle. Bazel skillfully dodged them, but was still grazed by a flying vehicle that was running in a panic.

A loud explosion rang out; someone had thrown a bomb ahead, and explosions continued one after another.

Just as Bazel was about to drive the aircraft to another route, a timed explosive ball landed on their windshield.

In that instant, Anno and Bazel reacted quickly, unbuckled their seatbelts, and opened the sunroof.

After jumping onto the skylight, Bazel, holding Anno, jumped to a platform below a second before the explosion.

Looking at the chaotic scene above him, Anno said, "It seems we're not going to get through here today."

In recent years, they have frequently encountered similar situations, and several aircraft have been scrapped.

Bazel pulled her towards a safe area, saying, "There's still half the way. I'll take you there."

Upon hearing this, Anuo laughed and jumped onto his back, "Want to turn into a big cat?"

Bazel chuckled and said, "It's just a bit slower than an aircraft."

As soon as he finished speaking, a flying vehicle crashed down, and Bazel grabbed her and rolled to the ground, avoiding the shrapnel from the explosion.

Anno stood up from the ground and clicked his tongue. "Why aren't the guards here yet?"

Bazel dusted her off and transformed into a giant cat.

Bazel nudged her with his large head and lay down in front of her.

Anno smiled, patted his head, and climbed onto his back.

Once she was settled, Bazel began leaping between the tall buildings, using some protruding structures as footholds.

He was incredibly fast and agile. Anno felt like she was riding the wind. She grabbed the fur on Bazel's back, lay down, and shouted to him, "Bazel, riding you is much more fun than flying machines!"

Bazel meowed in response.

Anno chuckled and pinched the flesh on his back. "Good kitty."

In a few leaps and bounds, Bazel left the battle zone far behind.

Anno looked back and suddenly saw a figure on an advertising stand.

Upon seeing that figure, her heart skipped a beat for no reason, as if she had some strange premonition.

Judging from the distance, the figure was very tall, and his long silver hair was very conspicuous under the sunlight.

Who is that?

She looked away after a few moments, but then, in a fleeting glance, she saw several more figures not far to her side.

They all stood tall and straight on these high-altitude objects, their eyes following her.

Her heart was pounding, and she had a bad feeling about it.

Was it aimed at her? Or at Bazel and her second brother?

Her two older brothers have considerable businesses on Saint Tan. In order to ensure she has a sufficient supply of energy stones, they have been gradually expanding their businesses over the past few years. They often encounter suppression from their rivals, but her second brother's subordinates handle the situation well and generally do not cause trouble in front of her.

Bazel spotted them too, and quickened his pace. Today was far from peaceful; he needed to rendezvous with Erjiu.

Throughout the journey, Anno could sense that someone was following them. She could occasionally see several figures appearing in various places between the streets and buildings, like ghosts.

These people are so fast, how do I keep up with them?

She placed her hands on her waist and held the gun in her hand, ready to respond at any moment.

They didn't encounter any special situations until they reached the entrance of the training ground.

Anno breathed a sigh of relief. Bazel stopped at the door, looked around, and prepared to take Anno inside.

The moment they moved, a figure appeared before them without them noticing.

In that instant, the hair on Bazel's back stood on end, and Anno gripped his gun tightly, releasing the safety.

The man blocking their way was tall and exceptionally handsome, dressed in a black and gold combat suit, like a drawn sword, its sharpness fully revealed.

Upon seeing his long, silvery-white hair, Anuo's expression hardened slightly; it was the same figure she had just seen.

She sized him up, trying to guess what race he was.

There were winding lines on his neck that extended to his cheeks. Whether it was from the sunlight or because they naturally glowed, the lines emitted a faint light even in broad daylight, which looked quite strange.

He also had a pair of sharp black horns on his head, which, combined with his fierce aura, made him very intimidating.

The man looked at her, and the moment their eyes met, his expression softened instantly.

He strode forward, and Bazel crouched down, letting out a low growl of warning.

Anno gripped the gun tighter and tighter, his nerves on edge.

Seeing their wary expressions, the man stopped in his tracks. He glanced coldly at Bazel, spoke a few words to Anno that neither she nor Bazel could understand, and then knelt down on one knee in front of them.

Anuo was stunned. What kind of show was this?

In a moment of distraction, she realized that several people were already kneeling around her.

When they knelt down, Bazel knew who they were; he hadn't expected them to find him so quickly.

Anno sensed that Bazel's tense demeanor had relaxed, and he was no longer as wary as before. She leaned against him and asked, "Bazel, do you know them?"

Bazel turned his head and glanced at her, then let out a soft "meow".

Anno's mind raced as she glanced at the respectful attitude of these people towards her, and then thought of what Bazel and her second brother had told her yesterday.

She could already guess the general idea.

She patted Bazel on the back and asked, "Is it them?"

Her true clansmen.

Bazel turned to look at her and nodded.

Anuo looked at these men, all of them tall and handsome, with markings on their bodies that resembled those on hers.

She looked down at the gun in her hand, listening to what those men were saying to her, but she couldn't understand a word they were saying.

"Your Highness!"

One of them spoke a universal interstellar language.

Upon hearing this address, Anno paused, then looked up at the man in front of her.

Seeing that she could understand Common Tongue, the man was very excited. "Your Highness, we have finally found you."

The other men also started speaking in Common, calling her "Your Highness" repeatedly, which gave her a headache.

"Your Highness, you have suffered outside."

Caesar looked up at her, his golden eyes filled with the excitement of finding her.

Barzel stood there, unsure of what to do.

Now we can only see how Nono treats them.

Let's go.

After a while, Anno patted Bazell on the back, "If we delay any longer, A7 won't be able to compete tomorrow."

Bazelton paused for a moment, then led Anno toward the training field.

Caesar and several of his followers immediately blocked their way. Bazel, unfazed by their murderous glares, growled at them and tried to walk around them.

"Put our prince down," said the servant, Secris, coldly.

As soon as he finished speaking, the others drew their weapons.

Seeing their reaction, Bazel's expression instantly turned fierce, his sharp nails protruding from his paw pads, and he slightly arched his body in an attack stance.

Anno's expression turned cold when he saw them brandish their knives.

Just as tensions were running high, several sharp blades flew from behind Caesar and his men. They reacted quickly and dodged them.

The sharp blade fell at their feet, embedding itself deeply into the concrete.

What do you want to do?

Anno looked over and saw Number 29 coming out of the main gate, surrounded by sharp blades, holding an energy longsword that shimmered with blue light.
