Wentworth regretted his action at this moment. He whispered those words in Cassandra's ear just because he didn't want to be watched by others when dueling with Cassandra.
But who would have thought that Cassandra would faint at this time! Now, Wentworth couldn't explain himself!
"Professor Snape, I am also your student!"
Wentworth said awkwardly.
Fortunately, there were enough professors on the scene, and Dumbledore was in charge, so Wentworth retreated back to the Hufflepuff students.
As the Hufflepuffs happily walked towards the common room, people kept asking, "Wentworth, what did you say to Cassandra? How could you make her faint?"
Wentworth explained helplessly:
"Damn it! Professor Ilona and Professor Flitwick both said that Cassandra fainted because she ran out of magic power! What does that have to do with me?"
"Then why did she faint right after you talked to her? You must have said something that irritated her!"
"I think you want me to die!"
The group returned to the Hufflepuff common room, chatting and laughing.
For countless years since then, countless wizards have wanted to find out what Wentworth, who was once known as the third Dark Lord, said to Cassandra, but the person involved has never answered this question.
But there is no doubt that when Grindelwald's name once again swept Europe and the United States, Cassandra always stood by his side, so much so that the European and American Ministries of Magic called her the Queen of the Night!
When Wentworth, Cedric and others returned to the Hufflepuff common room, as soon as they opened the door, they were surprised to find that the common room was completely new, with countless snacks and desserts scattered around the room.
"Have we been so excited that we've gone the wrong way? And ended up in the Hogwarts kitchens?"
As the class leader, Green stared at the scene in amazement. After all, it was the first time he saw such a scene in his own common room after five years of school.
At this moment, Professor Sprout, the head of Hufflepuff House, walked in, clapped his hands and said:
"Kids, what are you still standing there for? It's such a memorable night, so of course we have to have a party!"
After hearing what Professor Sprout said, the Hufflepuffs understood instantly and cheered loudly. They rushed forward and began to look for their favorite desserts.
Green was holding a pile of cockroaches in one hand and toffee in the other, with his mouth full. He asked incoherently:
"Dean, when did you prepare these things?"
Professor Sprout said with a smile on his face:
"The moment you stepped onto the duel field, Green, I understood your plan. I knew at that moment that the victory would definitely belong to Hufflepuff, so I quietly instructed the house-elves to start preparing these desserts!"
Hearing Professor Sprout say this, Green immediately smiled and asked, "Dean, am I handsome?!"
Professor Sprout also said with a smile on his face: "Of course, you are all very handsome! Especially our little Wentworth! It's a good thing you came to Hufflepuff instead of Ravenclaw!"
Hearing what Professor Sprout said, Wentworth accepted the compliment with a smile. Although Wentworth felt that this was nothing to be proud of, he could only say that the people of Hogwarts were still simple and honest.
Professor Sprout said nonchalantly: "I think you need a dessert party!"
Suddenly, the Hufflepuff common room was filled with laughter.
At this moment, an uninvited guest suddenly came to the Hufflepuff common room. It was none other than the head of Slytherin, Professor Snape.
As soon as Professor Snape came in and saw the situation, he was stunned at first, and then his face became even gloomier, but he still frowned and walked to Professor Sprout.
"Professor Sprout, as you know, Cassandra's magic power is exhausted and she needs to rest for several days. I want to prepare some potions for her to speed up her recovery, but I have run out of some herbs. I want to ask you if you have any..."
Professor Snape spoke as he and Professor Sprout walked out of the Hufflepuff common room. Their voices faded away until they were hard to hear, but compared to Snape, the smile on Professor Sprout's face was so eye-catching even in the dark.
"Perhaps, compared to us, Professor Sprout, who has been the head of Hufflepuff for half her life, is happier than us about this victory tonight."
Green said this expressionlessly while eating the pile of cockroaches in his hand.
When Green finished the last of his dessert, he placed his hands heavily on Wentworth's shoulders and said earnestly:
"Wentworth, if possible, lead us to win the house cup. This is an honor that Hufflepuff has not received for many years!"
Seeing this, Cedric was afraid that his friend would be under too much pressure, so he quickly said, "Hey, Captain Green, isn't this your responsibility?"
But Green said helplessly:
"My abilities are limited! Besides, don't call me prefect. I am Wentworth's bootlicker now."
Wentworth stared closely into Green's eyes and said slowly:
"Would you please take your claws off my shoulders and stop wiping your hands on my clothes?!"
Green smiled awkwardly, took his hands down and patted them.
"Don't worry about these little things, Wentworth. You are a wizard destined to do great things!"
Wentworth and Cedric rolled their eyes at the same time.
And just after the excitement, when the rest of the Hufflepuffs returned to their dormitories to rest, Wentworth quietly slipped out of the room again.
Wentworth was terrified all the way, afraid of running into Filch, although he knew that Filch was probably still cleaning the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom at Hogwarts.
After being cautious all the way, Wentworth finally went up to the eighth floor of Hogwarts Castle. He stopped in front of a tapestry with a troll on it, looked around carefully, and made sure that no one noticed him. Then he breathed a sigh of relief.
Then Wentworth turned and faced the wall opposite the tapestry.
