Ye Liyuan ruffled little one’s hair before leaving the room, giving her the privacy to video call her Mommy and Daddy. Qin Sui’an, holding her pink phone, checked the time as she had seen adults do, a skill she had picked up.
Little one looked at the screen, reading the numbers aloud, "0802... it’s eight past two in the morning. Is daddy at work yet?" She thought for a moment and answered herself, "Not yet~ Daddy should be having breakfast!"
