Chapter 266: Not Treating Her Like a Child

Ye Rongyuan pondered for a moment, then shook his head, "No need, I’ll check on this myself."

After all, this concerned their Ye family affairs, and he didn’t want to trouble Ou Yangfu to ask again.

Ou Yangfu glanced at him and understood that he had a plan in mind. He put away his phone that he had just taken out, "So should I not mention Ann to Mr. Zhu Xiulin for now?"

"Yeah." Ye Rongyuan had the same idea and turned to look at Qin Sui’an sitting seriously in the child’s high chair beside them.

His slightly serious expression disappeared completely, leaving only a gentle smile, "Ann, Third Uncle won’t let your identity as a little artist leak out for now, okay?"

"Okay!" Qin Sui’an blinked her round eyes and clarified. In her clear, dark eyes, there was no depth of an adult, only pure innocence.

She understood that Third Uncle was protecting her, although she didn’t know what dangers her identity as a little artist might bring.

But she was somewhat happy in her heart that Third Uncle didn’t treat her like a child, actually asking for her opinion because it concerned her.

Little one liked this feeling so much that a smile hung on her face.

The waiter brought their additional snacks and juices to the table one by one.

Little one was even more delighted to see the delicious food, her cheeks turning excitedly pink with cuteness.

If we talk about joy, Ou Yangfu was happier than little one. He handed the strawberry cake chosen by little one to her and passed all the other small desserts over, almost wanting to place all the desserts of the whole shop in front of little one.

Seeing him like this, Ye Rongyuan stared at him speechlessly, warning him with his eyes to not be too enthusiastic, lest he scare little one.

Qin Sui’an saw Uncle Crazy’s behavior in her eyes, blinked curiously and blankly, "Uncle Crazy, Ann didn’t order so many desserts! Ann only ordered the strawberry cake."

"It’s okay, try them and see if they’re good. If they’re not good, I can finish them." Ou Yangfu handed her juice to her again.

Qin Sui’an smiled, "Then Ann will just try a little bit." 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝔀𝓮𝒃𝙣𝓸𝒗𝒆𝒍.𝙘𝒐𝒎

The desserts after lunch were indeed rich and varied. Little one only tasted each one, and her little belly ate round.

She only took a bite of the strawberry cake, and the rest was eaten by Ye Rongyuan and Ou Yangfu, without wasting it.

They stayed in the cafe until just after two o’clock. Qin Sui’an was a little drowsy, and the nap bug was waving at her.

Ye Rongyuan held little one, letting her relax and rest on his shoulder, said goodbye to Ou Yangfu, and walked towards the direction of the hospital.

Ou Yangfu was so reluctant that he accompanied them all the way to the elevator door of the hospital. He turned and left only after the elevator door closed.

Old Mrs. Ye and Old Mr. Ye were reading newspapers in the lounge of the ward, and Ye Liyuan was looking at the script of his next drama next to them.

When the door of the ward opened, they all put down their newspapers and scripts and stood up to greet them.

Old Mrs. Ye saw little one leaning against her third son’s shoulder. Before seeing her little face, she knew that little one was asleep, and lowered her voice to ask, "Why did it take so long to go out?"

"Ou Yangfu talks too much." Ye Rongyuan also lowered his voice to answer, and walked into the room, carefully put little one on her exclusive little bed.

Old Mrs. Ye followed in and covered little one with a quilt.

"Mom." Ye Rongyuan saw that she wanted to stay in the room to accompany, gestured to her, indicating that she had something to say.

Old Mrs. Ye frowned slightly, looked at little one, then looked at her daughter lying on the hospital bed, and followed him out of the room.
