Chapter 304: The Mysterious Luxury Cars

As soon as Qin Qianyi heard that his sister wanted to learn how to ride a bicycle, he immediately said, "I’m going to buy a bike for Ann right now! Ann, wait for me, I’ll be back soon!"

Without another word, Qin Qianyi dashed out of the living room, heading straight for the garage.

Soon, the sound of a roaring motorcycle echoed outside the castle.

Old Mrs. Qin shook her head with a smile, "Qianyi is always in such a hurry."

Although they could have sent a bodyguard to get a children’s bicycle, Qin Qianyi wanted to personally pick out and buy a bicycle for Ann.

Qin Sui’an, full of anticipation, looked up at her grandmother and asked in her sweet voice, "Grandma, can you ride a bicycle?"

"Ha ha ha..." Old Mrs. Qin laughed. "I could ride one before, but I’m not sure now. Maybe I’ll learn from scratch with Ann."

"Okay~" Qin Sui’an’s round eyes lit up with joy. She then turned to her grandfather, "What about Grandpa? Can Grandpa ride a bicycle?"

"Well, I, um, probably, maybe, somewhat know how?" Old Mr. Qin was unsure of himself.

His father founded the Qin Corporation, and Old Mr. Qin had rarely faced hardships. During his school years, he was chauffeured, and as an adult, he either drove himself or had a driver. He had never really ridden a bicycle.

Old Mrs. Qin looked at him with a smile, "I don’t remember you ever riding a bicycle."

"Well, um..." To avoid embarrassment in front of his granddaughter, Old Mr. Qin corrected himself, "I’ll start from scratch too. I’ll learn along with you all."

Qin Sui’an was even more excited, "Great~ Let’s all learn together~"

She enjoyed being with her family so much that even learning new skills became more fun.

Old Mrs. Qin and Old Mr. Qin began playing with other toys with little one, waiting for Qin Qianyi to return with the bicycle.

Meanwhile, Qin Qianyi, who hadn’t touched a bicycle in years, called a classmate to recommend a bicycle shop.

The store was somewhat out of the way, not in a bustling part of the city, and the street was quiet.

The sound of Qin Qianyi’s motorcycle broke the street’s silence, bringing a moment of commotion.

With a screech, the motorcycle stopped in front of the bicycle shop.

Qin Qianyi dismounted the motorcycle, took off his helmet, and walked into the store with big strides. "I heard you have the best bicycles here. Do you have any for children?"

The shopkeeper greeted him enthusiastically, "Young Master Qianyi, my friend told me you want to buy a bicycle for your sister, right? How old is she? About how tall?"

"Three and a half years old." Qin Qianyi bent down slightly and measured with his hand. "About this tall."

"Three and a half years old?" The shopkeeper was taken aback.

Their store mainly sold mountain bikes, not the ordinary children’s bicycles.

"What’s wrong?" Qin Qianyi, seeing the shopkeeper’s hesitation, frowned and asked, "Do you have an issue with my sister?"

His tone was threatening.

"No, no, no, you misunderstand!" The shopkeeper shook his head vigorously and, choosing his words carefully, explained, "Young Master Qianyi, as you can see, we mostly have mountain bikes here. They might not be suitable for a three-and-a-half-year-old."

Qin Qianyi tilted his head, "It sounds like you’re looking down on my sister."

"No, no, not at all!" The shopkeeper, distressed, thought hard and suddenly had an idea. "Ah, Young Master Qianyi, we just got a small bicycle in the warehouse. I can modify it for you. Would that work?"

Qin Qianyi raised his chin, "Where is it? Let me see."

"Young Master Qianyi, this way, please."

The shopkeeper led him down a corridor and into a warehouse.

Inside, bicycles that had not yet been put on sale or were in pre-sale were neatly arranged.

Qin Qianyi spotted a bicycle on a small platform, looking like a non-salable item.

He pointed to the bicycle, "Is that one for sale?"

The shopkeeper’s expression became slightly awkward. "Young Master Qianyi, it is for sale, but it’s a bit expensive."

"Expensive?" Qin Qianyi frowned.

He didn’t have much cash on him, as most of it had been recently invested.

Qin Qianyi really wanted this bicycle; it seemed tailor-made for his sister Ann and was extremely cute. He asked, "I have a few million. Is that enough?"

The shopkeeper’s eyes widened in shock. "A few million?"

"Yes, just a few million. Is that enough for this bicycle? If not, I can have someone bring more money right now." Qin Qianyi said, reaching for his phone.

"Enough! Enough!" The shopkeeper quickly nodded, his expression overly enthusiastic, "Young Master Qianyi, this bicycle is thirty thousand! Not a few million!"

Qin Qianyi put down his phone. "Thirty thousand?!"

Thirty thousand wasn’t expensive at all!

The shopkeeper was close to tears. He had known the Qin family was wealthy, but now he truly saw it. To them, thirty thousand or even a few million were trivial amounts.

The shopkeeper hurriedly took the bicycle down, checked all its functions, and cleaned it up again.

Qin Qianyi paid thirty thousand and left the store with the bicycle.

He tied the bicycle to the back of his motorcycle and, thinking about teaching Ann how to ride, grinned from ear to ear.

At that moment, four black luxury cars drove by from the previous intersection, passing closely by Qin Qianyi.

As he fastened the bicycle, Qin Qianyi glanced at the four black luxury cars.

Who were they? They made quite an impression.

Qin Qianyi sneered to himself, put on his helmet, and mounted his motorcycle, heading straight for Bay Villa.

The motorcycle and the four black luxury cars continued in opposite directions, growing farther apart.

At that moment, in the second black luxury car’s backseat, a man with a cold expression glanced at the rearview mirror, watching the motorcycle slowly disappear from sight.

Attached to the motorcycle was a pink mini bicycle, looking out of place with the motorcycle.

The man seemed to recall something and, with a slight parting of his lips, asked, "Was that Qin Qianyi?"
