Qin Sui’an blinked her round eyes and realized, "Oh~ Big Brother must have taken the white goose out with him~"

Looking around, Qin Sui’an couldn’t find Big Brother Qin Fujia. Instead, she noticed a tall, unfamiliar uncle nearby.

Feeling a bit cautious, Qin Sui’an tugged on her second brother Qin Yanyi’s pants, subtly moving behind him. She hid her small body completely behind her second brother, peeking out with half of her little head, her curious eyes observing the unfamiliar uncle.
Qin Yanyi noticed the man’s gaze and gently patted his sister’s head, keeping her behind him as he turned to face the man.
This man... seemed familiar.

As Qin Yanyi and Qin Sui’an watched Ye Xiaoyuan, Ye Xiaoyuan was completely captivated by Little Ann.
The little one was not very tall, with a chubby, cute appearance, and her little hands clutching her brother’s pants made her look even more adorable.
Little Ann’s face was soft and pink, her round eyes sparkling like black grapes, and her blinking was incredibly endearing.

Ye Xiaoyuan’s gaze shifted to Qin Yanyi, and with a caring tone, he asked, "Has your third brother’s injury been treated?"
Qin Yanyi remembered that the expensive fabric was Ye Xiaoyuan’s. He nodded, "Yes, it has been taken care of. It’s nothing serious."
Though he was curious about the connection between the injury and Ye Xiaoyuan, he refrained from asking more questions with his sister present.
After a brief conversation with Ye Xiaoyuan, Qin Yanyi, with his sister in his arms, headed back to the car, along with the white goose.
Ye Xiaoyuan waited for their car to move before getting into his own vehicle and following them.
A few minutes later, both cars arrived at the temple on the mountain top.
Qin Fujia was waiting at the entrance for his sister. He noticed an unfamiliar vehicle that wasn’t part of the Qin family’s fleet and focused on it.
When he saw Ye Xiaoyuan in the driver’s seat, Qin Fujia was slightly surprised.
What was Ye Xiaoyuan doing here? Did he come to see him about something?
