Li Sisi and Li Nian had just sat down side by side when they saw a princess in a dark long dress and a young man in a python robe walking down from the second floor.
When Li Nian saw the man's face clearly, her hands on her legs unconsciously grabbed the hem of her skirt, and the fear in her eyes could hardly be suppressed.
Li Nian had originally thought it was odd that the princess had suddenly invited her to watch a play. Now, seeing the princess and the fourth prince appear together, she had a bad feeling in her heart. She felt so uneasy that she wanted to run away right away.

"No need to be so polite, ladies," the princess said, smiling gently as she approached. She extended her hand to help Li Nian up and explained softly, "I have specially invited you two to watch the show today. This is mainly to apologize to Madam Yun on my fourth brother's behalf. My fourth brother didn't know Madam Yun's identity that day, so he offended her. I hope Madam Yun won't blame me."
Li Nian didn't expect that the princess asked her to watch a play because she came to apologize to her for that incident!
She opened her clear eyes and looked in astonishment at the princess who was half a head taller than her.
The Fourth Prince looked at Li Nian without any reservation, as if he wanted to find a flower on her body. After a moment, he chuckled.
He forced a lip curl and said casually, "I apologize for what happened last time. I hope Madam Xiao will forgive me."
Li Nian was so shocked that he didn't react. Now, listening to the Fourth Prince's apology, he didn't bother to carefully study whether he was apologizing sincerely.
She quickly bowed and said, "How dare I accept such a generous gift from you two? It's just a misunderstanding. How can I blame you?"
"That's good." The princess's lips curled up slightly, with a gentle smile, and she looked at her with her phoenix eyes downcast. "Today, this theater belongs only to us. I hope Madam Yun has a great time."
"Thank you, Your Highness," Li Nian said flatteredly, bowing and expressing her gratitude.
At this point, everyone started talking and the show on stage began.
The four of them sat side by side, with the fourth prince on the far left, followed to the right by the princess, Li Nian, and Li Sisi.
