Chapter 38 Can't Come Back
Liu Wangxue was woken up by someone nudging his head.
Pengpeng is a considerate dog. Seeing that his owner was sleeping soundly, he did not wake up Liu Wangxue even when it was time for him to go out for a walk.

Liu Wangxue took the remote control and turned on the projector. Then Pengpeng raised one of his front paws, meaning to wipe it and get on the sofa.
Liu Wangxue took a wet tissue and wiped it one by one. It jumped up and sat upright, calling out to Xiaoci twice.
Xiaoci imitated the way Pengpeng looked, sat down, and raised his paw. But his legs were too short, and his innocent look was so adorable.
Liu Wangxue put it on her knees, drew another one, and said to it while wiping it: "From now on, you can only sit on the sofa in the living room after wiping your paws. Do you understand?"
Xiaoci still had an innocent face. Liu Wangxue picked it up, looked straight into its emerald green eyes, and asked again.
Xiaoci: “Meow~”
Liu Wangxue snuggled up to it and said, "So good! Okay, let's watch the show." Then he put it next to Pengpeng, and the two of them sat together obediently, staring straight ahead.
Wen Xi tapped the screen of his phone to finish recording, and then sent it to Liu Wangxue: "Oh my god, they are so cute! How come they are so smart? How about taking them for an IQ test tomorrow?"
Liu Wangxue and Wen Xi put their heads together and watched several videos again.
When Liu Wangxue picked up her computer and prepared to start editing, Liu Nanshan called her via video. As soon as she answered the call, she saw her parents sitting by the window in the ward. After greeting them, he took out his phone and moved closer to Wenxi, letting her be in the frame.

"It's fun!" Wenxi said with a smile, "Uncle and aunt, when will you come back? I have brought you gifts."
