Xu Songning looked at him in surprise and said exaggeratedly, "Of course that's my water, Brother Zhao. I've drunk it, you don't mind, but I do mind."
Zhao Yi had completely lost face. He knew that Xu Songning was a sharp-tongued person and he couldn't argue with her, so he turned his anger on the innocent teaching assistant, Li.
"Why are you rushing me? I forgot my water bottle! Hurry up, go get it for me, I'm dying of thirst!"
Teaching Assistant Li glanced at the time with a troubled expression. "Brother Zhao, let me go buy you a bottle of water. Time is almost up."
"I don't like drinking mineral water!" Zhao Yi's face darkened.
Xu Songning scoffed. Was it that he couldn't get used to drinking mineral water, or that he couldn't stand her?
Not liking her, she wouldn't stop talking, "Brother Zhao, if you had driven yourself, you wouldn't have left your water bottle in the car. Look, the agreed time is almost over. If we're not here by the time the teacher finishes class, that's so rude."

Seeing that things were getting out of hand, Teaching Assistant Li quickly interrupted, "Gentlemen! The teacher is indeed waiting for you. Why don't you go upstairs first? We can talk about anything after the presentation. I'll go get my water cup right away!"
Zhao Yi snorted heavily, and when he heard that the water glass had been taken care of, he tucked his briefcase under his arm and walked away arrogantly.
Before he had taken five steps, Xu Songning called out to him, "Brother Zhao."

Xu Songning pretended not to hear his harsh words and shrugged at Assistant Li, "That's just how he is, he's just pretending."
"Ms. Xu, you can go to the second classroom on the third floor first. I'll grab my water cup and come right away." Assistant Li didn't dare to agree casually; he just wanted to grab his water cup and get it over with as quickly as possible.
"Still bringing your water bottle? You're already ten minutes late. If you don't go up soon, the teacher will punish you, right? Come on, don't delay us."
Xu Songning picked up the bag and handed it to him. Assistant Li looked at her blankly. Didn't Miss Xu say that she had drunk the water in here?
“The water here is fresh. Take it to him and say you bought it yourself, and he won’t have a fuss.” Xu Songning looked at him sympathetically.
Teaching Assistant Li brought out the water, and it was indeed new water. Miss Xu hadn't drunk it before; she just didn't want to give it to Brother Zhao, so she said that on purpose.
He glanced at her gratefully, took a few steps to the front, and handed the water to Brother Zhao.
As she predicted, Zhao Yi shut up and didn't mention asking him to get the water cup again.
The group arrived on the third floor. The classroom door was closed, the teacher had finished teaching, and the students were studying on their own.

The thunderous applause nearly lifted the roof off.
There were many male students majoring in air traffic control, and many of them clapped and peeked out to see what was happening. When they saw Xu Songning standing outside, the boys were a little incredulous.
Xu Songning didn't want to steal the spotlight from Zhao Yi, so she gestured for him to go into the classroom first. Of course, she was also trying to protect her own ears; the college students were being too enthusiastic—when would the applause ever stop?
