Chapter 19: Forever Family

They didn't know how long it had been, they just kept hugging each other tightly. The sky was gradually getting dark, Yan Cuo looked at the dark sky, his mind was blank at the moment.

But she didn't want to go back. She didn't want to face all that, nor did she want to think about why her aunt let that woman in.

It would be a lie to say that I'm not sad. When I said those heartless words, my heart was torn apart by the pain. But how could I forgive?

She moved in his arms, and Yu Muyang slowly stood up: "What's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?" She shook her head, looked at him with red eyes, and said sullenly: "I don't want to go home."

Yu Muyang rubbed her head lovingly, "Then I'll take you to my room for a tour, okay?" Her eyes lit up and she looked at him and nodded.

He took her upstairs, and she felt a little nervous. This was where he had lived for so many years. Although he had been to the house he rented before, this place was still different after all. It was where he grew up and had all his memories.

She opened the door, and the familiar atmosphere returned. The room was primarily black and white, and sparsely furnished. On the desk lay a number of books, including review materials and books on finance and management. She was curious, flipping through some of them. He sat by the bed, watching her, a smile on his face.

She was suddenly attracted by the cute figurines on his bedside table: "Yu Muyang, are these all yours?" He nodded, "Yes, I used to like these little gadgets, but now I don't have time to collect them anymore."

Yan Cuo looked at them with delight: "Wow, these figures are super hard to buy and the prices are very high. I only saw them in magazines, and you actually have them here!" Yu Muyang looked at her surprised expression, "If you like them, I'll give them all to you, okay?"

Yan Cuo shook his head. "No, I don't want it. Just leave it with you. I can come and see it. My aunt will ask about it if I take it back, and I'm afraid I can't explain it clearly."

Yu Muyang seemed to have thought of this, so he nodded. The two of them stayed quietly in the room, reading books from time to time. Occasionally, Yu Muyang would tell her a few jokes. Seeing that her mood improved, he finally felt relieved.

Afterwards, they snuggled up in bed, watching a movie on their laptop. It was a romantic film, with a lighthearted tone. Yancuo would laugh from time to time, and he would join in, filling the room with laughter.

The end of the movie was a little sad. The male protagonist left, and the female protagonist cried very sadly, and Yan Cuo also started crying.

Yu Muyang hugged her with both amusement and heartache: "My silly girl, the male protagonist will come back. Why are you crying?" Yan Cuo was a little embarrassed and turned her head away without looking at him.

Yan Cuo turned her around and said, "Please stop crying. Your eyes are swollen." Yan Cuo finally nodded and looked at him with her red eyes.

Yu Muyang was a little moved. He couldn't help but hold her face and said softly, "Yanyan, can I kiss you?" Yan Cuo's face flushed instantly, and she was a little overwhelmed. But she also had a faint expectation in her heart, and she couldn't help but nodded gently.

He seemed to be ecstatic when he got her answer. He hugged her tightly with his arms, and his slightly cold tongue slid into her mouth, greedily grabbing the scent that belonged to her body, vigorously exploring every corner.

The throbbing at this moment made them forget everything around them, and it seemed as if they were the only ones left in the world.

After an unknown amount of time, Yan Cuo felt his mind go blank, he was about to lose his breath, and his face turned red.

Yu Muyang watched her change and then let her go: "Silly, you need to breathe." Yan Cuo hadn't recovered from what had just happened and just stared at him blankly. He couldn't help but love her even more as he looked at her and hugged her tightly.

Yancuo just lay in his arms, but couldn't help thinking about that kiss. His lips were cool, but there was a pleasant scent that belonged only to him. As their lips and teeth touched, her head was completely confused. Thinking of his flexible tongue, slowly exploring her mouth and then entangled with it, Yancuo felt her face burning. She didn't dare to think about it anymore, so she simply covered her face and stopped looking at him.

Seeing her like this, Yu Muyang found it funny and went to tease her again. Yan Cuo felt so embarrassed that she wanted to run away, so she immediately stood up and pretended to be serious, "I'm going home." After hearing this, Yu Muyang stopped teasing her, put on her coat carefully, and took her out.

The night outside had already fallen completely dark. The cold wind was bleak, and the leaves on the roadside made a rustling sound. He held her hand tightly and walked forward slowly. They walked for a long time on this not-too-long road.

At the entrance of that familiar alley again, Yu Muyang slowly let go of her hand and whispered, "Go back, I'll watch you go back." Yan Cuo looked at him with some reluctance, then looked at the home in the distance. She walked back step by step, looking back frequently. Yu Muyang kept looking at her with a smile, and that smile made her feel warm and at ease.

The house was quiet at the moment, and Yancuo walked upstairs cautiously. Suddenly, the door of his uncle and aunt's room opened. Yancuo was a little flustered, and stood there, watching them slowly walk out, with a serious look on his face.

She followed them and sat down on the sofa. The atmosphere was a little awkward. After a while, her uncle couldn't help but speak: "Yancuo, your mother is here again, or she wants to take you back. Whatever you think, we all choose to respect you."

My aunt looked like she had been crying, her eyes red. "Yancuo, I'm sorry. What happened today is my fault. I shouldn't have not told you the first time she came in. I didn't expect you to react so strongly."

Yan Cuo pulled her hand tightly, suppressing the urge to cry: "Aunt, I've said it before, in my heart, you are my family, and I will remember your love for the rest of my life. You are my parents, and I will only recognize you."
