Chapter 24 It's graduation season again

The first monthly exam for the senior year was coming up soon. It was said that this exam would be very difficult, completely following the standards of the college entrance examination. Yu Muyang and Gu Xuran were both top-tier students, so they weren't too worried. Their own grades were still a bit poor, ranking only in the middle of the grade.

The two girls really started to work hard to improve themselves. Apart from eating and sleeping, they studied every day and put in their utmost concentration.

The teacher in the class praised them several times in front of their classmates, but they just smiled. Su He no longer had the laughing and noisy look she used to have in class, and she focused on studying.

The results of the first monthly exam for senior year were soon in, and Yan Cuo and Su He were both eagerly anticipating it. The scores and rankings were all displayed on the school bulletin board, and everyone gathered around to see them.

Their names were prominently listed at the top of the list, Yu Muyang in first place and Gu Xuran in second. They were both filled with pride. Their grades were so good, practically perfect, that they could practically choose any university.

Anda, there is absolutely no problem.

Yan Cuo and Su He were instantly frustrated and returned to the classroom. The classmates were discussing the ranking of the senior year, and their words were full of envy. This was a good motivation and role model for the first-year students.

The head teacher also said this several times in class, and his words were full of pride.

The learning atmosphere in the class has completely changed. If everyone was more hardworking before, now everyone is competing with each other and striving to make progress. No one wants to fall behind.

Soon, the high school entrance exam would be approaching. The school organized a rally, and all the teachers and students gathered on the school playground. Yu Muyang and Gu Xuran, as student representatives, took the stage to speak.

What they said was very ordinary, no different from other speeches and oaths, but because their image as academic masters in the school was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, the applause from the audience continued to ring out, and everyone shouted loudly to come on. In an instant, the whole campus was immersed in this thick atmosphere, which made people feel excited.

Yan Cuo looked at his classmates, all of whom had excited and uplifting expressions on their faces, and couldn't help but be infected by them.

Youth is so fearless. Whatever you want to do, you should do it. Run towards the beautiful future and the unknown, and rush forward and work hard.

After that, they met less and less often. They were about to take the college entrance examination, and their daily workload was extremely full, with classes not ending until nearly 10 o'clock in the evening. Yan Cuo and Su He felt a little distressed, but they were also happy for them. They were all working hard for their common future.

It was the Gaokao season again. The first and second year students had two days off, allowing the school to prepare for the Gaokao for the third year students. Su He and Yan Cuo had approached them several times, and they all looked relaxed. They couldn't help but give them a few more instructions, and only when they saw they weren't nervous at all did they feel a little relieved.

In June, the weather was extremely hot. Yan Cuo was sitting at his desk when he suddenly recalled the scene of his high school entrance examination three years ago and how he had been waiting anxiously at the school gate.

In the blink of an eye, three years have passed and he will soon become a college student. The boy has completely transformed into a mature man, giving her a full sense of security and full love.

She felt a little emotional, feeling that time flies by, and thanking God that fortunately, he is still by her side.

She was so lost in her own thoughts that she didn't notice her aunt had come into the room. She called her a few times, but Yancuo was dazed. She couldn't help but shout, "What are you thinking about? You've been looking out the window for so long."

Yan Cuo finally reacted and looked at his aunt awkwardly: "No, I didn't think anything."

My aunt smiled and took out something mysteriously from behind her. Yancuo looked at it with some curiosity, and saw my aunt slowly open it, revealing a small girl's cell phone.

The pink shell looks delicate and beautiful, and Yan Cuo can't put it down.

"I bought this especially for you, thinking that you're older now and would need to contact us sometimes if you lived on campus, and it wouldn't be convenient without a cell phone. Do you like it?"

Yancuo smiled and nodded, "Thank you, auntie, I like it very much."

After giving a few instructions, my aunt went downstairs. Yan Cuo took her phone, turned it over, and found that it had been plugged into a SIM card. She entered the number she knew by heart and sent him a text message: Yu Muyang, come on.

After sending the text message, she felt secretly happy in her heart. She didn't know whether he knew it was her or not. This was a number he didn't know.

Two days later, the college entrance exam officially came to an end. Yan Cuo and the others returned to school. The campus was now devoid of the sight of the senior students. Graduation season was inevitably a bit melancholic. Occasionally, a few teachers would mention them, their expressions of pride and reluctance tinged with sadness.

One evening, the bell rang for the end of get out of class, and Yan Cuo and Su He were preparing to go to the cafeteria as usual.

Suddenly, Yan Cuo's cell phone rang. She picked it up and saw that it was a text message from Yu Muyang: Come to the school gate.

Yan Cuo pulled Su He and ran towards the school gate, where Yu Muyang and Gu Xuran were standing.

They all ran towards them and were embraced. The boys were all looking at them with smiles on their faces as the four of them walked along.

Su He couldn't help but ask, "How did you do on the exam? Did it go well?"

They all had no expression, their faces were calm. "That's it, pretty much the same as usual."

Su He just felt that he was being bullied. Comparing yourself with others is really frustrating. It turns out that you shouldn't ask such questions to the top student.

They walked to the lake at the school gate again, the place where she cried for him. Su He looked at the lake, and all the memories of the past came to her mind. She glared at him fiercely and walked forward.

Gu Xuran was a little puzzled. He touched the back of his head and looked at Yan Cuo: "What did I do wrong again? Why is she glaring at me again?"

Yan Cuo shook his hand, a smile hard to conceal on his face, "I guess he's thinking about your heroic deeds of saving the damsel in distress again."

Gu Xuran then remembered and hurried to find her.

"Susu, that's all in the past. I swear, I will never make you cry again. I will treat you well from now on."

"I hope so, otherwise I won't let you go."

Su He pretended to be serious when he said this, turned around and left, but the corners of his mouth were slightly raised.
