Soon, they arrived at the snack street. Looking at the delicious food around, Su He's eyes were full of sparkling. She dragged Yan Cuo around and soon, they had a pile of snacks in their hands.
Gu Xuran looked at her glistening mouth and found it funny: "Eat slowly, no one will snatch it from you." Su He looked at him and raised the stinky tofu in his hand: "Would you like to have a piece? It's delicious." Gu Xuran hurriedly pretended to run away, "No, eat it yourself. I can't stand the smell."
Su He's expression suddenly turned serious, and she pulled him in front of her. "Try it first, it's really delicious." Gu Xuran wanted to refuse again, but she stuffed the stinky tofu directly into her mouth.
The stinky tofu soup instantly burst out of his mouth. He tasted it and found it was not as disgusting as he had imagined.
He savored it carefully. Su He looked at him, looking a little nervous at the moment: "How is it? Does it taste okay?" Gu Xuran shook his head deliberately, looking at her slightly disappointed expression, and then suddenly broke into a big smile: "It tastes okay, better than I imagined."
Su He finally felt relieved. "I told you, this is delicious. You will definitely like it."
Gu Xuran pinched her face and said, "Yes, yes, what you said makes sense." Su He's mouth was stuffed with all kinds of snacks, and she just stared at him with her eyes wide open from afar.
"Susu, you're so cute." Gu Xuran looked at her and said. Su He blushed immediately.
Yan Cuo and Yu Muyang were following slowly from behind. Yan Cuo was now concentrating on eating the sausage in his hand. One hand was full and he looked a little funny while eating.
Yu Muyang took the things from her hand and let her concentrate on eating.
The four of them walked along and soon visited the entire snack street.
They said they were going back, but Su He was still reluctant to leave as if she hadn't finished her meal. Yan Cuo pulled her along with amusement, "Look at your bulging belly. Can you still eat more? Let's go."
She then followed them somewhat discouraged.
Along the way, Su He didn't know what he was thinking about, and his mood suddenly became depressed. He was no longer as chattering as before.
Gu Xuran noticed it and went to her side. "What's wrong with you? Are you still worried about my mother?" Su He was hit by his words. She looked up at him with a heavy heart. He was a little amused, but also a little distressed: "It's okay. She agreed."
Su He's eyes lit up immediately, and he looked incredulous: "Really?"
The boy looked at her and nodded firmly, his eyes full of love.
Only then did she become happy again and her smiling face returned.
Yan Cuo was walking behind, and suddenly seemed to think of something: "Are your parents' attitude towards me still the same as before?" There was some caution in his words. Yu Muyang held her hand tightly, "Don't worry about others, I will take care of it."
Yancuo was still a little hesitant: "But I also want it, I also want to get their affirmation, and I also want their blessings."
Yu Muyang lowered his head and looked at her: "Leave this matter to me, don't worry, they promised me that as long as I take over the family business in the future and take on the responsibilities I should bear, they will not oppose us anymore."
Yan Cuo finally breathed a sigh of relief, a small joy rising in his heart, "I will definitely work harder to make your parents like me and receive their blessings."
Yu Muyang looked at her determined look, his eyes shining, and he smiled: "Okay, let's work hard together."
With no worries in their hearts, the four of them were relaxed along the way, visiting every corner of Ancheng, big and small, leaving their laughter and joy everywhere.
Time passed bit by bit, and in the blink of an eye it was evening. The setting sun shone on every corner of Ancheng, covering the city with a layer of golden glow. The four of them parted ways and made an appointment to meet at the beginning of school.
The busy Spring Festival passed quickly. Without having to visit relatives every day, Yancuo began to calm down and prepare for the new content for the next semester. She was only 17 years old, but she had such a long way to go, so much to do, and the person she loved was so outstanding.
All you can do is try your best to catch up.
After the Lantern Festival, school started. Yan Cuo packed her schoolbag and luggage early, not letting her aunt worry about anything. Seeing her sensible appearance, her aunt was filled with joy.
She and Su He had agreed to meet at the station, which was very close to the station. She refused her uncle's offer to take her there, picked up her luggage and set off.
Along the way, the air was very good and the sun was shining brightly. The winter sun was warm on people and gave people a sense of vigorous hope.
Arriving at the station, the two quickly reunited and boarded the bus to school together. It seemed as if they hadn't yet gotten over the holiday excitement, as they kept talking about things that happened during the Spring Festival, laughing all the way.
We soon arrived at school. The campus was full of joy. There was a banner hanging at the school gate welcoming students back to school, which made people happy.
Back in the classroom, everyone was chattering about interesting things that happened during the Spring Festival, making it difficult to concentrate on studying.
Yan Cuo and Su He looked at each other, silently took out their books and started reading.
It’s not easy. The road ahead is long and there is still so much to do.
The atmosphere in the senior year was already tense. They had already returned to school a week early. Yan Cuo and Su He hadn't seen them yet. Occasionally, they glanced at the teaching building across the street, only to see a sea of people, piles of materials and test papers in front of them.
