Chapter 70 Appointment
Gu Ningwei gave Han Que a letter of appointment, appointing her as Gu Ningwei's special assistant, with full authority to represent Gu Ningwei in all management work of Zhening Biological Company, enjoy the treatment of assistant to the general manager of Zhening Company, and report directly to Gu Ningwei.
Han Que believed that this appointment was just a stopgap measure taken by Gu Ningwei to ensure a smooth transition of the R&D department, but it undoubtedly caused an uproar within Zhening Biotechnology Company.
When Wang Jianan saw the appointment email, he slammed his fist on the table in front of everyone in the R&D department's large office and started cursing. "What the hell? "I also want to know who is disregarding the lives of employees and who is treating the company's operations as a joke." Someone behind her said coldly.
Xiao Mei looked back and saw Han Que standing at the door of the R&D office. She was wearing a dark blue shirt and a beige suit skirt. Her black curly hair was simply tied into a bun. She wore light makeup, had a bright face and a dignified demeanor.
Xiao Mei was stunned for a moment, then quickly stopped talking, lowered her eyes, stood aside without saying a word, and felt quite regretful in her heart.
She hadn't submitted her resignation yet. Wang Jianan told her to stay at Zhening Bio for a few more months, to work together internally and externally to make more money, and then she could start working at the new company once it was stable.
Han walked steadily into the R&D office. She walked to the middle of the office and looked at Xiao Mei with a serious face. "I just heard someone at the door using foul language to slander the company's decision. Director Xiao, as the company's executive director, you should maintain discipline in the workplace, but you didn't do that. Instead, you fanned the flames and added fuel to the fire, hoping for chaos. What are your intentions? Do you need me to say more?"
Xiao Mei was scolded by her until her face flushed red and white. His tone was stern, "I think Mr. Wang and Director Xiao know the reason why Mr. Gu appointed me to work in the R&D department better than anyone else here. No need for me to explain further."
Wang Jianan snorted and cursed softly, "A dog relying on the power of others."
Han looked at her coldly, but smiled faintly. "Teacher Wang is an intellectual and a professional, a top graduate of Tsinghua University. Don't bother with a woman like me. You'll only bring disgrace upon yourself and the name of your alma mater."
Wang Jianan's face turned the color of liver. He slammed the table and said, "What assistant general manager? I don't recognize you anyway. You can represent whoever you want. Don't come to my R&D department and make such nonsense."
"Your R&D department?" Han sneered, patted the documents in his hand, and said with a smile, "Well, before I make the announcement, you can still say that. After I make the announcement, you no longer have the right to say that."
She didn't even look at him after she finished speaking. She looked around and asked, "Is everyone here?"
Seeing no one agreed, she continued on her own: "It doesn't matter if you're not all here. The documents will be emailed to each of you anyway."
As she spoke, she pulled out a document from the folder in her hand, announcing the dismissal of Wang Jianan from all positions at Zhening Company and the removal of Xiao Mei from her position as Executive Director.
Before she finished her words, Xiao Mei started yelling, "What? Firing me? On what grounds? Does Mr. Li know you're doing this?"
Han looked at her indifferently: "This is the resolution of the company's board of directors. President Li certainly knows it."
After she finished speaking, she smiled and walked away, closing the door of the R&D office, shutting out Wang Jianan's roar and Xiao Mei's curses.
Upstairs in Gu Ningwei's office, Director Pan was quietly complaining, "Boss Gu, you're right. For such an offensive document, why not just send an email? You insisted on having Han Que come downstairs and announce it in person? Who knows what those people will say about her? You know how filthy these people are."

Han smiled and said, "How is that possible?"
"They didn't make things difficult for you? That's impossible?" Director Pan was extremely surprised.
"How could this not be difficult for me?" Han sighed, walked over to the sofa next to Gu Ningwei and sat down, tying up his loose hair.
