Chapter 9 The Puppies' Food

Aunt Zhao took the millet and said with a smile, "Then I'll take these five catties of millet from you. You can't give me any more. If you give it to your family, they won't let you off the hook, and I won't take it anymore."

Lu Qiqi nodded with a smile.

When Lu Qiqi took Lu Yao to milk the lambs, the lambs had already drunk their fill and were playing nearby.

She took out some tender grass she had plucked from her spatial storage and fed it to the ewe. She also took a small bowl and poured some spiritual spring water into it.

The ewe, having eaten and drunk her fill, stood obediently without moving.

Lu Qiqi had planned to hold the ewe if it didn't cooperate so that Lu Yao could milk it, but the ewe was so cooperative. It was worth all the good food and water she had given it.

Lu Qiqi, who was expressing milk for the first time, didn't know how to do it properly and squeezed the milk onto her face. A fishy smell assaulted her sense of smell, and she frowned in frustration, which made Lu Yao burst into laughter.

Seeing Lu Yao laughing heartily, Lu Qiqi also laughed a few times.

Having mastered the technique, Lu Qiqi quickly squeezed out a bowl of milk. Estimating that it was about enough, she poured the milk into a small white porcelain bottle.

After saying goodbye to Aunt Zhao, Lu Qiqi escorted Lu Yao back home and then went back into the woods.

This forest is very large, and many people venture inside to find water, wild vegetables, and wild fruits.

Lu Qiqi, however, wanted to see if there were any wild game in the woods.

The pheasant from last time was so delicious that Lu Yao kept dreaming about eating it.

Lu Qiqi was also a little tempted. Walking such a long way every day, without some oil or fat, how could she have the strength?

Carrying a bamboo basket and a machete, she walked deeper into the forest, and after making sure no one was around, she entered the space.

Lu Qiqi plucked a large handful of tender grass in her spatial dimension, filled a pot with spiritual spring water, and then went into the wooden house to get two bowls.

After leaving the space, Lu Qiqi found a place with many broken branches of shrubs.

Then he poured the water into a bowl, picked a few hallucinogenic leaves from the forest, put them in, and placed a handful of tender grass soaked in the spiritual spring water next to it as bait.

After doing all this, Lu Qiqi hid in the nearby bushes, waiting for her prey to appear.

This inspiration came from the ewe. Seeing how much the ewe 'loved' the spiritual spring water and the tender grass in the space, she decided to try the same method, hoping to hunt some unexpected 'wild game'.
