Xu Shuangyao's tiny body hovered in mid-air, gently enveloped by countless crystal thorns flowing with pure life energy. Like living liquid crystals, the thorns slowly flowed and woven around her, forming a cocoon radiating a soft white light. Within the cocoon, the traces of pain and struggle on her face slowly subsided, her furrowed brow softening as she slipped into the deepest slumber. The uncontrolled crimson lines beneath her skin had long since vanished, leaving only a fragile purity that was almost transparent. The faint pinprick of original consciousness at her heart, nourished by pure life energy, grew visibly steady and brighter.
Healing. Undoubtedly healing. The Gardener's power was pulling her back from the brink of loss of control and destruction, cleansing her of the pollution and violence brought on by the "Scarlet Agreement."
However, Pei Du did not feel any relief in his heart, only biting cold and burning rage!
He clearly saw that as the crystal thorns entwined, the unique life force and spiritual imprint within Xu Shuangyao's body, belonging to "Xu Shuangyao," was being overtaken and merged with a greater, more harmonious, and more... homogenized rhythm of life! Like a drop of water falling into the ocean, it was losing its unique shape and color, returning to the perfect whole called "Eden"!

The jade roots wrapped around him trembled violently under the impact of this dying struggle, groaning under the weight of the burden. The tips of the thorns, washed away by the conflicting energy, even showed subtle signs of melting!
"Useless...struggle..." The gardener's thoughts remained gentle, yet with a barely perceptible hint of coldness. "Pollution...must...be purified...the container...will eventually...return...to order..."
With this thought, the pressure exerted on Pei Du suddenly intensified! Countless tiny, shimmering emerald green root spikes, like living probes, ignored the remaining defensive energy on his body and fiercely penetrated the most intense energy nodes within his body! A huge, pure life energy with an absolute sense of order was instantly injected!
This energy was like ice water poured into boiling oil, instantly detonating the already precarious balance in Pei Du's body!

The dark gold thorn armor covering his torso, under the impact of the internal energy, instantly exploded with countless terrifying cracks deep enough to reveal the bone! Dark green energy liquid gushed out like an uncontrolled fountain, mixing with dark blue arcs and silver data turbulence, spraying and splashing wildly! He was like a human bomb made of violent energy, on the verge of self-destruction!
Severe pain! Tearing apart! Annihilation!
His consciousness was instantly overwhelmed by a chaotic storm of energy and utter agony. Every part of his being wailed and disintegrated! Even the gardener's chains of suppression, buffeted by the destructive storm erupting from within, briefly loosened!
