He clung to the base tightly, the scorching air stream burning his skin, the blinding light forcing him to close his eyes tightly, and all he could hear was the deafening roar of energy and the shriek of metal being torn apart!
The light and the aftermath of the explosion slowed down slightly.
Lin Mo struggled to open his burning eyes, and looked towards the center of the explosion through the diffuse smoke and the turbulent energy that had not yet dissipated.
A huge pit several meters in diameter had been blown out of the ground where Shen Qingli was standing! Molten metal flowed from the bottom of the pit, emitting a terrifyingly high temperature. Shen Qingli was half-kneeling at the edge of the pit, looking extremely miserable!
Her amethyst-covered right arm, from the elbow down, completely vanished, along with the massive energy blade! Viscous, shimmering, purple-black liquid metal flowed from the broken end!
