Just like that, the man leaned back in the chair, closed his eyes and took a nap, snoring softly, until a long time later, the cool night breeze woke him up slowly.
I opened my eyes and saw the vast wilderness in front of me. The chirping of insects came from my feet. The stars in the sky were exceptionally bright, and there was a hint of chill in the evening breeze.
“Where is this!?”
He shouted and tried to stand up, but then he realized he was tied up.
The thick rope tightened as he struggled, and instead of loosening, it became even tighter.
"Who dares to kidnap me? Don't they know who I am?" He was furious and prepared to activate his extraordinary core and use special means to break free from the restraints of the thick rope.
But unfortunately, the once strong core is now dead silent. Not only can no magic be sensed, but even the faint mana in the atmosphere cannot be sensed.
What is this? His heart slowly sank.
The only thing that could cause this situation was that he had heard in the past that there were some special potions that could make extraordinary people lose their perception and control of magic.
However, this potion is very expensive, and the lowest grade is gold. No ordinary thief or robber would use this thing, and I am not a big shot.
"Who is it? Come out!" he roared, but there was no response.

He searched for the curse words in his memory, but unfortunately, there were very few such words in the Elvish language, and most of them were passed down by humans.
Finally, after a great struggle, the chair finally fell over, and he rolled sideways into the grass, his face pressed between the soil and grass roots, and a fishy smell came from between his teeth.
“Damn… Bah!”
There was another round of muttering and cursing, but now the sound had died down. He was tired.
Originally, he thought someone was torturing him and extracting something from him. After all, as the ritual officer who presided over the five tests and a member of the open faction, he knew a lot of things.
But after several hours, there was still no response. Slowly, his patience began to run out, and a kind of silent panic slowly rose in his heart.

Unfortunately, no matter how much he roared and struggled, there was no response. The other party seemed unconcerned, as if deliberately torturing him. From the echoes around him, he roughly understood that he was probably being held in a basement or a small room in a stone wall.
Time passed slowly, and the tiny accumulated water slowly gathered and then dripped onto the man's forehead, startling him and waking him up from his drowsiness. Unfortunately, the surroundings were still dead silent, with no response at all.
His vision was completely dark and he couldn't see anything except the water droplets slowly gathering and dripping from above his head, making it difficult for him to fall asleep.
As time passed in the darkness, he gradually felt more and more tired. The sleepiness brought him severe drowsiness, and his consciousness became blurred and his body became weak.
However, he still couldn't sleep. The upright bindings and the constantly dripping water were like demons, constantly keeping him awake, and the darkness around him that never responded was slowly making him uneasy, irritable, panicky, and even beginning to feel a little desperate.
Anyone can give a response?
Originally, he wanted to speak but found that his throat was so hoarse that he could hardly utter a word. Hunger and thirst made him feel constant pain in his stomach, and his limbs began to feel numb and weak.
But a day passed and there was still no response.
In this way, another day passed, and the man was already in a state of having his oil lamp burn out. He struggled to keep his eyes open, just wanting to make sure if he was blind and couldn't see anything. Except for the sound of water droplets dripping in his ears, there was still no sound.
