Chapter 483 Awakening



Before she knew it, half of the pot of porridge was gone. The spoon scraped across the bottom and could not scoop out any more. Jenna put the spoon down belatedly, waking up from her reverie and looking at Sophie beside her a little embarrassedly.

"That's great. You eat it very cleanly. It's best not to waste food." Sophie took the jar again and put it aside.

"If you haven't eaten yet, you'll have to wait a while. Lunch will be later."

The fields in the valley were lush green, and birds were chirping. A few young men were herding goats in the mountains, chatting and playing, and their laughter was cheerful.

The sun in the sky emerged from the top of the mountain, and the golden and warm sunlight shone on the neat fields, reflecting a bright glow.
