Chapter 220 Zuo Family

Yang Qing raised the corner of her mouth slightly: "Think for yourselves..."

"Old lady, please show your sisters-in-law a clear path." The mother-in-law and daughter-in-law exchanged glances, and Madam Zuo pressed Yang Qing, "Wouldn't it be more convenient for them if you pointed it out directly?"

Yang Qing shook her head: "I don't know either. We just met once today."

The two sisters-in-law found that Yang Qing had become smarter. They had previously framed Yang Qing in front of their mother-in-law, causing Yang Qing to be scolded by Madam Zuo. Yang Qing was unable to refute the three of them.

Later, Yang Qing rarely left the room when Zuo Kai was at work. Mrs. Zuo brought her two daughters-in-law to attend banquets, and Yang Qing was called back to serve as a temporary interpreter when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was too busy.

In front of Mr. Zuo, Yang Qing's temporary job actually added a lot of glory to her.

"The eldest family went to Mr. Lu's house today." When the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law were about to make trouble, Old Zuo and the old lady came back. Seeing the four of them, they could only force Yang Qing to pretend to be confused.

"That's right," Yang Qing nodded. Grandpa and Grandma, considering Zuo Kai's acceptance of the Zuo family, always advised Yang Qing to be more tolerant. "The Lu Department is very protective of Teacher Su. If anyone dares to touch Teacher Su, the Lu Department will resist."

Old Zuo became more and more satisfied with Yang Qing, and Yang Qing began to look more like the mistress of the house.

"You two are my younger brother's sisters-in-law, so you should obey the arrangements of my eldest sister-in-law. Teacher Su is not someone that anyone can touch. Everyone in the Lu family recognizes Teacher Su's identity." After taking a walk away, Old Zuo had to admit that Su Jin was very powerful.

In less than a week, the extremely vigilant couple Lu Bairen and Du Ruo protected Su Jin under their wings, which was something the three people before them could not do.

"Grandpa, I don't think Teacher Su can stay in the position of Mrs. Lu for too long. So many people in the courtyard are eyeing Lu Shiyi!" The second daughter-in-law, Wang Jiao's younger sister, likes Lu Shiyi and originally wanted to use the Zuo family to arrange a blind date for the two.

Wang Jiao finally found an opportunity to talk about this matter with Lu's mother, and Lu's mother told her that Lu Shiyi was already married.

"My second sister-in-law's younger sister really likes Lu Bu. Why not let your sister take over Lu Bu?" He Shanshan, the third daughter-in-law, persuaded, "Grandpa, if our family can have the support of Lu Bu, why bother struggling down there?"

Mrs. Zuo immediately agreed with He Shanshan's opinion, and even Zuo Shi's position could be climbed by using the Lu family's connections.

Bang!

Old Madam Zuo smashed the teacup at Madam Zuo's feet, scaring Madam Zuo so much that she dared not say anything more.

"Old Third, please don't mess around. The Lu family is not ordinary. Lu Shiyi and Teacher Su are in a military marriage. If your sister breaks it up, not only will your He family be implicated, I will have no choice but to let Old Third divorce you." Old Zuo didn't give He Shanshan any face. "Xiao Qing, you often attend parties. If you can get Mrs. Lu's approval, it will be a good thing for Xiao Kai."

Yang Qing was very happy to hear Mr. Zuo's approval. She finally had an excuse to go out.

In the past, whenever she went out alone, Mrs. Zuo would ask her in detail about the people she was meeting. Because of her status as a member of the Zuo family, she would not allow her to meet those classmates until the market age.

Most of the letters between Yang Qing and her classmates were mailed to Zuo Kai's workplace. She was glad that Zuo Kai was a sensible man, otherwise, her life would be even more difficult.

"Grandpa, I didn't mean to implicate the Zuo family." He Shanshan begged for mercy immediately after hearing what Old Zuo said.

"Xiaoqing, starting today, pick up your work knowledge. It would be fine if you can work with Madam Lu." Mr. Zuo instructed Yang Qing and looked at Madam Zuo. "Xiaoyao has been sent to kindergarten, so Xiaoqing doesn't have to stay at home every day."

Yang Qing's eyes sparkled, and she hoped that the two elders could control Madam Zuo and make her life better.

"Xiao Kai's house has been allocated to the west district. Xiao Qing, you and your wife should prepare to move out of the old house, live in your small home on weekdays, and bring Xiao Yao back with you on weekends." Looking at Lu Bairen's actions, Old Zuo thought it was time to let go.

"Dad, this won't work. Yang Qing is too young to support the family." Madam Zuo absolutely didn't want her eldest daughter-in-law to leave her care. "If Zuo Kai leaves, the second and third sons will definitely not accept it."

"Zuo Bo and Zuo Wu don't have the ability to get a house they like, so they can only live in the camp yard. If you want to move out, you can go and decorate your own little home tomorrow. Your grandmother and I will give each family the same amount of tickets and money, and you can decorate the room yourself for the rest." Old Zuo told Wang Jiao and He Shanshan directly.

On the way back, the two elders kept discussing letting their three grandsons move out. The birth of Xiao Yao made Mr. Zuo see the hope of becoming a writer.

Mr. Zuo heard that Hanhan is a smart child. Xiaoyao was sent to kindergarten at the age of 3. He is very smart and Xiaoqing teaches him very well.

"Dad, I took care of Xiaoyao for less than three months, and you handed him over to your eldest daughter-in-law. Xiaoyao isn't close to me anymore." Mrs. Zuo's feelings for Xiaoyao were not deep anymore. "Isn't it good for me to be close to my grandson?"

"Do you know how to be close to your grandchildren now? What did you say when Xiaokai, Xiaobo, and Xiaowu wanted to be close to me? It's best for children to be close to their mothers. I think so too." Old Madam Zuo looked at Madam Zuo coldly and recalled, "I think so too. The time I can spend with my grandchildren is definitely not as long as you."

Madam Zuo didn't dare to say anything more. She had used the same words to confront Old Madam Zuo before.

"Mom...I'm not saying that I want to take care of my sons alone. Back then, Xiaokai and the others spent more time with you than I did." Mrs. Zuo remembered that Zuo Kai brought his two younger brothers to take care of her after school.

"I just did what you said." Old Madam Zuo felt relieved. The old man looked at the old lady and a smile appeared on his face.
