Chapter 28 Liu Yuner Throws a Tantrum

From that day on, Quan Ge'er seemed like a different person and grew up a lot.

Even in the freezing weather, he would get up before dawn to practice. Even when frost was on his head and ice formed on his body, he would still grit his teeth and persevere.

Gradually, my steps became steadier, my endurance improved, and I no longer felt out of breath after practicing a set of sword techniques.

Seeing him improving day by day, Xie Wanyun felt quite gratified.

It started snowing in the morning and showed no sign of stopping after the afternoon.

Xie Wanyun asked someone to clear the snow in the yard and watched Quan Ge'er practice martial arts.

She had already taught him the basic sword techniques. Now she watched him dissect each move, and although he couldn't do it smoothly yet, he already had a certain steady strength.

Xie Wanyun's eyes lightened slightly, but his expression remained calm.

After Quan Ge'er finished practicing a set of sword techniques, he stopped and stood still, looking at her with expectant eyes.

The snowflakes fell on his steaming little face and melted instantly.

Xie Wanyun knew that the child wanted to be praised, but it was not enough now, he could do better.

He said in a cold voice, "Not enough. You can be faster and the transitions between moves should be smoother. Otherwise, if there is a slight delay in the transition, even a fraction of a second, it could cost you your life."

"Yes!" Quan Ge'er's eyes flashed, hiding his disappointment. He calmed himself down, carefully thinking about the meaning of her words, and corrected his mistakes bit by bit.

Suddenly, a cry was heard outside the courtyard gate.

Liu Yuner ran in crying and pulled Quan Ge'er and cried.

"Brother Quan, my son! What are you doing in this heavy snow? What if you get frozen?"

A trace of disgust flashed across Xie Wanyun's eyes. He was incapable of accomplishing anything, but only capable of causing trouble!

The child was just starting to get better, and she came back to make trouble.

"Who let her in?"

The doorman looked nervous and said, "Yes, the master sent Madam Liu here."

Xie Wanyun frowned slightly. What was Qin Suan trying to do?

Liu Yun'er cried as she caressed her son's face and hands. His face was red with frostbite, and his hands were covered in calluses from holding the sword for so long.

Suddenly, his eyes turned red with heartache. He turned around and glared at Xie Wanyun, gritting his teeth and saying, "Madam, you are so cruel! It's snowing heavily, and you threw the child out in the snow. How old is he? You want to abuse my brother Quan? I will fight you!"

As he said that, he rushed towards Xie Wanyun.

Xie Wanyun turned slightly to avoid her, not even bothering to touch her.

Liu Yun'er rushed forward in a hurry and lost control of her feet, falling headfirst into the snow.

Quan Ge'er hurriedly pulled her up. Liu Yun'er's head and face were covered with snow, and she looked like a snowman.

Now her skin is really as white as ice and snow.

The wet, cold snow filled Liu Yun'er's mouth, nearly suffocating her. It also seeped into her collar, freezing her whole body.

He was almost mad with rage! He no longer cared about his appearance and began to wail at the top of his lungs, long and short.

"Mom, please stop crying." Quan Ge'er said uneasily. He felt that it was really embarrassing for his mother to be like this.

Liu Yun'er's injuries were secondary; she was truly humiliated. Relying on Qin Su'an's favor, she cried and cried out, demanding the old lady and the madam come to judge the matter.

Xie Wanyun ignored her and let her scream.

In such cold weather, her throat will get frozen if she stretches it for a while, and she will suffer.

Quan Ge'er was so anxious that he didn't know what to do and could only stand by and persuade them.

Madam Qin and Mrs. Wei finally arrived.

Wei's eyes widened as she entered the room. She had finally caught Xie Wanyun doing something wrong, so how could she let it go so easily?

"Xie Wanyun! What are you doing? Can't you just be quiet for a day?"

Liu Yun'er rushed over and grabbed the hem of Old Madam Qin's robe, crying timidly.

But his face was covered with snow foam, which made him look a little funny.
