Lu Zhaoming sat up abruptly, feeling as if he had just been pulled out of a pressure cooker, every nerve in his body screaming with discomfort.
Su Li's delicate face came closer, filled with undisguised concern, and her chest, well, cough cough, trembled along with it.
"Zhaoming, you're awake? How are you feeling? Do you want another injection?" Su Li said, already pulling out her signature syringe, which made Lu Zhaoming's anus tighten.
"Stop, stop, stop! I'm fine, I won't die." Lu Zhaoming quickly waved his hand, he didn't want to experience being used as a guinea pig again.
Qinglian stood to the side, her face expressionless, but her eyes clearly showed worry.

Lu Zhaoming squinted, his fingers tapping lightly on the table, making a rhythmic "tap-tap" sound.

"No problem," Su Li readily agreed, her eyes filled with excitement.
She loves these kinds of challenging tasks the most.
“As for Chi Xiao…” Lu Zhaoming paused, a cold smile playing on his lips, “I will personally go and meet him.”
To ensure the success of this operation, Lu Zhaoming decided to upgrade his equipment once again.
He immediately contacted the blacksmith, asking him to improve the previous energy dagger so that it could withstand more powerful supernatural output.
"Hey kid, are you planning to use this thing as a lightsaber?" The blacksmith took the dagger, examined it carefully, and looked troubled. "This is the best I can do. If I strengthen it any further, the material won't be able to withstand it and it will explode."
“I know.” Lu Zhaoming did not give up. He walked to the blacksmith’s side and said in a low voice, “I need you to reinforce the dagger with a special metal that can withstand greater energy impact.”
