Chapter 147 Someone is chasing me, Dad

Boha drove the car for two whole streets, and the cars behind him were still chasing him. When he was about to leave the main road, the other party suddenly stopped chasing him and turned around.

Boha scratched the back of his head. His natural sensitivity as a soldier made him feel that things might not be that simple.

"Sister Xi, if the situation changes later, I'll go down and lead them away, and you can drive away by yourself. The car has a GPS, and Brother Lu will definitely find you."

"Boha, they should be coming for me. It's useless for you to go down. We can only try our best to delay and wait for Balu to come." The woman behind spoke hurriedly.

Boha stopped the car on the side of the road, took out his gun, checked it, and then loaded it.

"Sister Xi, don't be afraid. Even if I risk my life, I won't let anything happen to you."

"We will all be fine, Boha." Nanxi held the phone tightly, her lips trembling slightly.

The car turned around and headed towards another street towards the villa area. Nanxi was still lying in the back. She didn't know when the phone was hung up. She thought for a moment, found Nan Zhenguo's phone number, and dialed it.

"Hello, Xixi," Han Yingna's voice came from the other side.

"Give the phone to my dad right now." Nanxi was too lazy to talk nonsense with her.

There was more intense gunfire outside, and they were surrounded from both sides.

"Xixi, what's the matter?" Two seconds later, Nan Zhenguo's voice appeared.

"Dad... Dad..." Nanxi wanted to cry, but she tried her best to hold it back. "Someone is chasing me, Dad—"

Bang--

There was a sound of something falling over there.

"Where are you? I'll send someone over right away." Nan Zhenguo was rarely flustered.

"We're stuck in traffic, Dad. I'll send you the location."

"Okay, Xixi, don't be afraid, Dad is here..." After Nan Zhenguo finished speaking, a busy tone appeared on his phone. When he called again, the line was always busy.

The car braked suddenly, throwing the phone out. Nanxi finally found the phone, but Baru's phone rang like a life-threatening call, so she had to answer it first.

"Baby, are you okay?" he almost roared.

"It's okay. I was just calling my dad. Where are you?"

"I'll be there soon, baby, lie down and don't come out if you hear any noise."

The man finished speaking and hung up the phone.

The sound of gunfire was endless.

The car was forced to stop, and Boha was ready to fight to the death. The powerful and violent sound of the MP5 submachine gun's continuous shooting resounded through the sky.

"Brother Lu is here..." Boha suddenly shouted, and then screamed excitedly, "Sister Xi, stay here, I'm going to make money."

After he finished speaking, he excitedly took out the Steyr TMP from under the car, put it on his shoulder, opened the door and rushed out. Nanxi even heard his arrogant scream.

What kind of monsters are these?

She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and hid in the car obediently, not daring to move.

The gunshots gradually became less frequent, and finally no sound could be heard at all, returning the silence to the dark night.

"Xixi--" Balu's hoarse and anxious voice came from not far away. Nanxi was sure that she was safe. She clung to the car window and sat on the seat. Her legs were still weak and she responded weakly.

"I'm here."

"Baby, darling~" The man opened the car door, pulled her into his arms, held her tightly, rested his chin on her shoulder, clasped the back of her head with one hand, and kissed her cheek repeatedly.

"Are you scared?" After calming down for a while, Balu separated the two of them by a few inches, looked at her pretty face, and asked nervously.

Nanxi shook her head, "I knew you would come."

The man smiled and said, "How nice."

After he finished speaking, he looked at the empty driver's seat and narrowed his eyes. "Go in and wait for a while. It will be quick."

He put the little woman back into the car, took off his coat and put it on her shoulders, then closed the car door.

"Where's Poha? Get over here, you bastard." The man's face changed instantly, and he exuded a terrifying aura.

"Brother Lu, what's wrong?"

Boha ran over with a gun on his shoulder.

"Fuck it," the man kicked the man two meters away, "I fucking asked you to protect my wife, but where are you? You left my wife alone in the car?"

"I didn't. I waited for you to come before I came out. If you don't believe me, ask Sister Xi." Boha felt very aggrieved and spoke while holding his breath.

"How dare you talk back?" Baru was furious. "My wife is more important, or your two lousy coins? I'm telling you, you son of a bitch, don't even think about getting a penny this month."

"Why?" Boha's eyes turned red with anxiety when he heard that his money was going to be deducted. "That's all my hard-earned money, Lu brother, you can't do this to me."

"Okay, stop scaring him." Nanxi couldn't bear it when she heard Boha was about to cry. "He didn't abandon me."

The young woman didn't want to embarrass him in front of so many people, so she whispered, "Ba Xiaolu, come here."

Baru glared at Boha and walked to the car. "Alright, be reasonable. Boha didn't do anything wrong. They only get so little money a month, and you're still deducting it from them. It'll make the people under you feel disheartened. Come on, let's go home."

The man rubbed her hair with his big hands, turned around and kicked Boha again, "Get away from me."

Boha reluctantly carried his gun and got on the off-road vehicle behind.

Baru was driving, followed by a dozen military off-road vehicles. The convoy was crisscrossing the streets, looking very domineering.

Nanxi frowned and called Nan Zhenguo all the way, but the call didn't go through.

"Strange, why doesn't my dad answer the phone?" the little woman said to herself.
