Chapter 1 Wear it!

Chapter 1 Wear it!

Ji Zheng felt a lot of noise in his ears. He frowned in a coma, not understanding why the hospital was so noisy.

Even heard the quacking of ducks.

He tried hard to open his eyes, and what he saw was a few wooden ceiling boards of unknown age.

There was a hint of confusion in his eyes. Was he dreaming?

But the pain at the back of his head reminded him that this was not a dream.

Of course, the quacking of ducks became more obvious, as well as the quarreling of children and the yelling of adults.

The sound came from outside.

It made his already painful head hurt even more.

Full of doubt, Ji Zheng struggled to get up, ready to see what was going on.

As soon as I stood up, I felt a sharp pain deep in my head.

He fainted again.

Just as he fainted, the door of the room was pushed open from the outside, and then a young man came in with a bowl.

The boy carefully walked to the bedside carrying a stoneware bowl filled with black liquid.

Seeing that the person had not woken up yet, the boy put the medicine on the table beside him, and reached out to feel Ji Zheng's breathing. Finding that he was still breathing, he breathed a sigh of relief.

Now that Ji Zheng was unconscious, he definitely couldn't drink the medicine. The young man thought about it and reached out to pry open Ji Zheng's mouth and force the medicine into his mouth.

But before he could move, Ji Zheng suddenly closed his eyes.

The boy was startled and took two steps back.

"You, you, you're awake." The boy stammered.

Ji Zheng did not answer. His face was ashen at this moment. He actually traveled through time so casually!

He studied hard for twelve years and finally got the acceptance letter from his dream university. But before he even had the chance to register or take a look around, he was already gone!

Just wear it, but you'll look like a poor farmer!

The boy saw the anger on Ji Zheng's face, and his heart skipped a beat. He called out cautiously again, "Ah A Lang."

Ji Zheng, who was angry, suddenly heard a faint sound coming from his ear, and then he realized that there was another person in the room.

He turned around and saw a young boy who looked quite young. He was dressed very shabbily. His dark brown clothes were covered with patches, even his shoes were covered with patches.

He was skinny, with yellow hair and no flesh on his face. He looked malnourished.

Seeing Ji Zheng looking at him, the young man trembled involuntarily again. He pointed at the medicine on the table beside him and motioned Ji Zheng to drink it.

Since it has come, we might as well make the best of it. Since he is already here, he can't just die again, so Ji Zheng picked up the medicine beside him and drank it.

"I'll get you something to eat."

As soon as the boy saw Ji Zheng finish drinking the medicine, he hurriedly picked up the empty bowl, left after saying these words.

Ji Zheng didn't care. He looked blankly and sorted out the memories in his mind.

The original owner had the same name and surname as him, and even the same age, both eighteen years old.

When he went up the mountain to chop wood, he accidentally rolled down the cliff and hit his head on a rock. He died on the spot. For some unknown reason, he came through.

The young man just now was the original owner's husband, and they have been married for almost a year.

However, judging from the original owner's memory, the original owner did not like the boy and even felt a little disgusted with him.

Why did you marry that boy even though you hated him?

It was because the original owner liked to marry someone, and out of a certain "revenge" mentality, he listened to his parents and married the boy.

There are three genders in this world: men, women, and couples.

A man who can get married or have a wife.

Their appearance is no different from that of men, except that their physical strength may not be as good as that of men. The difference between them and men is the red mole on the tip of their nose.

The young man just now was a little twin.

The social status of the twins is very low. People of their gender were considered monsters a long time ago, but were later gradually accepted.

The original owner was a man who liked women and didn't like Shuang'er. When his parents were arranging a marriage for him, he didn't say that he didn't like Shuang'er. So he married the young man.

Ever since she married him as a teenager, he has always ignored her. Of course, when he gets upset sometimes, he hits her.

Ji Zheng let out a breath of foul air. He felt that the original owner was probably a moron. He wanted to marry someone he didn't like. What a perverted "revenge" this was. He was really crazy.

The back of my head still hurts a bit, but the rest of my body is fine now.

He threw back the dark quilt, got up from the bed, and prepared to go out and explore this new world.

But as soon as he got out of bed, without even putting on his shoes, his cheap husband came in again.

In his hand was a bowl of steaming rice soup.

Smelling the fragrance of rice, Ji Zheng swallowed his saliva. He had not eaten anything during the two days he was unconscious.

Taking the bowl from the young man, Ji Zheng drank the rice soup in the bowl in no time.

Although he was still very hungry, he knew there was nothing to eat at home, so he didn't ask for another bowl.

"Dad and Mom are still working in the fields. I'll go and deliver some food to them later," said the boy.

When the boy said this, he kept his head down the whole time, as if he was very afraid of Ji Zheng.

Having said that, he turned around and prepared to leave.

"Wait, what's your name?" Ji Zheng asked. He didn't find the boy's name from the original owner's memory.

The young man paused, and without turning his head, he whispered, "Ji Hean."

Having said that, he left in a hurry again.

"Ji He'an? You have the same surname as me?" Ji Zheng didn't know what the characters in the boy's name were.

Ji Zheng walked out of the room and what came into view was a courtyard surrounded by an earthen wall.

The kitchen is on the far left of the yard, and there are two rooms on the far right.

The entire courtyard was built with mud and wood, and even the roof was made of straw instead of bricks.

One can tell at a glance that this family is extremely poor.

Ji Zheng let out a long sigh. Although he grew up in an orphanage in his previous life, at least he had enough to eat and warm clothes to wear.

There were two ducks in the corner of the yard, stretching their long necks and quacking non-stop, as if they were hungry.

Ji Zheng walked over and saw a winnowing basket on the duck cage, with some grass whose name he didn't know inside.

Since they were placed here, he thought they were used to feed the ducks, so he pulled two handfuls and fed them to the ducks.

At this time, Ji Hean came out of the kitchen holding a basket covered with cloth.

When he saw Ji Zheng, he was stunned for a moment, quickly looked away from him, lowered his head and walked forward to greet him.

"Alang." His voice was very low.

If the ducks had not been busy eating grass and had no time to quack, Ji Zheng would not have been able to hear Ji Hean's voice.

He looked back at Ji Hean, stuffed all the grass in his hand into the cage, clapped his hands, and turned to look at Ji Hean.

Feeling Ji Zheng's gaze, Ji Hean immediately lowered his head and became cautious.

Ji Zheng didn't know what to say when he saw this.

The atmosphere between the two of them fell silent.

But not long after, Ji Hean spoke again, "The doctor said Alang needs to rest more during this period."

"Okay, I understand." Ji Zheng said indifferently.

It's not that he's proud of Qiao, it's mainly because he doesn't know how to get along with his cheap husband.

"Then I'll go and deliver food to my parents first." Ji Hean said again.

Having said that, he prepared to leave.

"Let me go with you." Ji Zheng said again.

There are neither mobile phones nor televisions here, and it would be boring for Ji Zheng to stay alone. He might as well go out and take a look around and get to know this place better.

Ji Hean was a little surprised at Ji Zheng's words, but he quickly adjusted his expression and said "oh".

The two of them walked out of the door together. Looking at Ji He'an's wrist which was only made of bones, Ji Zheng said, "Give me the basket."

Although Ji Hean didn't know what Ji Zheng wanted the basket for, he still gave it to him obediently.
