Fu Yu noticed her shyness: "Let's go downstairs for breakfast." After saying that, he turned around and went downstairs first. Mu Wanyu patted her blushing face and quickly followed.
Fu Yu noticed that she was acting strangely today, a little awkward, and even avoiding looking at him. What was wrong? Her face was so red. Fu Yu couldn't help but worry: "Xiao Yu, are you feeling unwell?"
Mu Wanyu lowered her head and ate her dumplings, shaking her head frantically, "I'm fine, I'm fine!"
Fu Yu was still worried, so after breakfast she called the family doctor over. After a check-up, everything was fine. Mu Wanyu sat awkwardly on the sofa: "I told you I'm fine!"
Fu Yu told the doctor to go back. Seeing her awkward little face, and recalling their unintentional intimacy that morning, he seemed to understand something. He strode over to her and squatted down, looking at her lowered face with tenderness in his eyes: "Yu'er, are you shy?"
Mu Wanyu looked up at him, embarrassed and annoyed: "Don't talk nonsense!"
Seeing that she was about to bury her head in the sand again, Fu Yu directly cupped her small face and dropped a bombshell: "Yu'er, I've fallen in love with you. It was love at first sight, and I can't live without you. Will you be with me?" The last sentence was filled with caution and expectation.
Mu Wanyu didn't expect him to confess so directly, and her mind was a bit confused. Her eyes looked around in a panic: "But...but..." But she couldn't come up with a solution. Seeing her panicked appearance, Fu Yu was almost in tears.
"No rush, no rush, Yu'er, you don't need to answer right away. Can you give me an answer by breakfast tomorrow?" Fu Yu comforted her gently, unwilling to pressure her, but she also gave her a deadline.
Mu Wanyu nodded and weakly replied, "Okay."
